Since I took the time to watch the video ill give a summary of the timeline of events. Basically this dude, the hyphenate, got Berra to hire him on a handshake deal to create the berrics gaming and podcast divisions. Glossing over details of Berra's bullshit... the podcast fell through after this guy had already spent $10k of his own money and leveraged his relationships to get $10k in gear from sponsors to build the studio for it. They still went forward with the Berrics gaming and the dude got to keep the studio himself, but after that experience the hyphenate wants shit in writing so he gets the berrics GM to link him up with hypebeast. Hypebeast gives him a contract for doing the berrics gaming and this guy was the face of and behind the scenes dude for the Berrics gaming for the 1.5ish years it lasted. After hyphenate has been doing gaming for awhile Berra starts working on a deal to get the berrics paid by caffiene for the berrics to livestream on their platform. Berra recruits the hyphenate to be a part of the caffeine deal but it has to stay secret presumably for the surprise factor. He has email agreements for 32 episodes of caffiene streams that he thinks hold up in court (including him specifying his limited responsiblities) but there's never a contract for it. While he's doing the caffiene streams there is some friciton over people wanting him to do more than the responsibilities he outlined in their non-contract agreement. His contract for Berrics gaming runs out around this time too, and then he gets squeezed out/fired before the 32 episodes of the caffiene streams are up. His business/lawyer friends encourage him to try to collect what he's owed for the remaining episodes based off the email agreements. Berrics GM tells the guy you're not getting paid there's no contract that's just the way it goes. He says he thinks it would hold up in court, they say you don't want to do this you'll get blacklisted from our small industry. He says let's work it out, Berra proceeds to blacklist him. He doesn't mention ever bringing it to court so presumably he never did.
