The former “Jackass” star’s brother, Jess, tells Page Six exclusively that they’re trying to send Bam to one of Odom’s new rehab facilities following his 5150 psychiatric hold.

Before I got sober, I went to a treatment center that wouldn’t allow smoking. It was faith based and did NOT stick. I lasted a week after going cold turkey and not smoking. Problem is typically not a lack of faith. I prayed to die a lot. Typically is disgusting shit boy behavior. Once I found a place with cognitive behavioral therapy it stuck. Have 4.5 years now. They should send bam to PRC in Baltimore. It’ll make him not want to go to treatment again.

Case in point shittily synthesised opiates like krokodil, the contaminants will mess you up far more than the active drug will. Not sure it applies with addiction profiles, but shitty drugs can certainly be more damaging and dangerous than pure ones.

Purity works differently for different substances. In the case of a stimulant like meth, aside from the bad physical effects it has in the short term, long periods of sleep deprivation make people go psychotic. So more pure means more psychosis.

 It’s a little different from a drug like heroin where these days “pure” doses would be safer because they have less risk of fentanyl overdose.

Not trying to link because this is right on the edge of revenge porn in the context that were in.
