I just can’t believe they actually went against 2a
[close]
They’ll sacrifice any beliefs to “own the libs.”
[close]

And they’ll still run on the platform in 2028 that the Democrat candidate is going to take your guns.
[close]

I think Marco is the only one who could run on that since he hasn’t had any video of him saying that.   You’ve got even the NrA criticizing these guys
[close]

Sadly, any Republican will just play the “I didn’t say that” and/or “That’s not true” line and their followers will just go with it.

Sure, but a lot of this is in service to Trump who gets that rarefied treatment.   I’m curious to see how they are treated when they stand on their own and start fighting dirty with each other to secure the nomination.

Trump gets the pass for sure, but others have used it successfully.

Hell, one of the biggest ones was when Lindsay Graham said "use my words against me" when saying on record how we should not seat a SCOTUS during an election year (11 months before the election), denying Obama a nomination, but helped push Trump's seating of Coney Barret weeks before the election. His followers said it was doctored video.

In 2022, when Marjorie Taylor Green when in a hearing of whether she should be allowed on the ballot after rallying about fraud in 2020, whenever records were brought up, she responded with "I don't remember saying that" then following up with "that's doctored video" whenever evidence was pulled and shown from her social media accounts.

In 2020, Sen. Ron Johnson, helped spread the "election fraud" misinformation, then when presented the video in 2024, he said, "I didn't say that."

In all situations, MAGA believed the narrative and fought against the truth.

I honestly don't think their lies will ever backfire on them.

FBI executed a search and seizure warrant at the Georgia Election office that was the basis for Trump's election fraud in 2020.

Guaranteed this is to take data and seize (and destroy) evidence that can be used against Trump. Especially seeing Jack Smith said that the charges against Trump were dismissed with prejudice when Trump got back into office. Implying he can be tried again when out of office.

After a federal judge refused to indict Don Lemon for his recording of the church protest in MN (due to the pastor being a local ICE leader), sounds like Trump went to a loyal magistrate judge to sign a warrant and had Don Lemon arrested.

Openly arresting journalists. 1A is officially dead and we’re one step closer to a totalitarian state.

Just once. Just one day I’d like to wake up and not read about bat crazy shit news from this administration.

My bad.

Article from last week mentioning how a federal judge is rejecting the DOJ’s attempt to prosecute Don Lemon for the reason that Lemon was reporting and not protesting:
https://www.cnn.com/2026/01/22/politics/don-lemon-justice-department-minnesota

Article mentions that Attorney General Pam Bondi is pissed the magistrate judge refused to sign the warrant, making easy to specualte that Bondi then shopped around to a judge loyal to the administration.

Then the article mentioning his arrest this morning:
https://www.cnn.com/2026/01/30/politics/don-lemon-custody

Argument is he and the protestors interrupted service, therefore denying people their rights to express their religion. Looks like they’re gonna be hit with Trump’s “Anti-Christian Bias EO” where they’re going to prosecute to the fullest exent anyone who is deemed “Anti-Christian.”

Sorry for not clarifying.

Feel free to add on.

DOJ already deleting hella files with his name in it.

Trump and Bondi also announced they’ll be sending ICE to Springfield, OH to get the Haitians.

Yea, with that, the arrests to Lemon and other reporters, he’s stirring up hella shit to distract from the Epstein Files.

The local reporter is Georgia Fort.
Quote
“Authorities continue to be vague about why exactly Lemon is being prosecuted. Bondi wrote on X that Lemon—alongside journalist Georgia Fort and two activists, Trahern Jeen Crews and Jamael Lydell Lundy—had been detained “in connection with [a] coordinated attack” on the St. Paul church, but has not said what the charges are. FBI spokeswoman Lourdes Arocho said Lemon was arrested in Beverly Hills “on a federal warrant issued in another district.””

“But only a few hours after the fact, the DOJ’s case is falling apart again. MS NOW reported that various DOJ prosecutors in both Minnesota and Los Angeles have refused to be involved in indicting Lemon. ”

Excerpt From
“DOJ’s Arrest of Don Lemon Is Already Going Off the Rails”
The New Republic

The administration is using the FACE Act to indict journalists and activists, but will no longer use it on violent people outside medical facilities that offer abortions. Getting rid of embryos without a heartbeat is bad but executing people is cool.

Typically this would be weird as hell but it's 2026 America. Really does seem like a distraction and obvious bribe. Looks to be getting reverse review bombed. Comes off as the most vapid first lady in history and they are acting like she's Eleanor Roosevelt.

"Melania mistakes its subject’s fame for star quality, and mistakes a life of leisure for one of accomplishment and importance,"

Not so different from so many US citizen's take on her husband, just swap out for more sinister misconceptions. 100% pure, uncut insanity.

Personally I can't wait to get ahold of a copy of the film. I have a half a mind to splice with it with footage of J6. ICE violence and of course lots of montages of things that have come to light in the Epstein files. Then re-release..

Just disgusting. This picture ruined my day.

Crazy, I was thinking of exactly that imagery while reading the positive reviews and takes in there. The delusions and disconnect are unreal. You could splice that video, show it to supporters, and even then it would probably have zero effect on them.

LOL. MAGA spent four years trying to discredit Jill Biden because she refers to herself as “doctor” because she has a PhD and not an MD.

Even when people speculated if Kamala won, Jill would be asked to be Head of Dept of Education. And MAGA went on rants that she wouldn’t be qualified and would only be a nepo/DEI hire.

The idea of a person with a PhD in Education leading the Dept of Education is ludicrous to them.

DOJ published dozens of photos of nude underaged girls in the Epstein files. For perspective, FBI and DOJ were able to successfully redact Trump’s name and his face in photos from the files, yet they “miss” names and photos of the victims and accusers.

Yea, I gonna go out on a limb and say they’re leaving the victims exposed so MAGA can dox and harass them.

Oh they absolutely did that on purpose. Same with all the Clinton stuff but tRump is conspicuously missing from the majority(wonder what all the completely redacted pages are 🙄).

Also a dem won Texas special election for the first time in decades and tRump wants the federal government to run all voting.

I was happy they leaked sworn testimony that testified that Trump threatened one of the victims with murder and then referenced another victim he claimed was dead. That's no tip. That person was sworn in when that statement was given so it would have actual weight in court. Of course, I'm not sure supporters will give a shit or understand the difference.

Holy shit this made me laugh. I remember seeing that clip from his campaign rally on the news, then shortly after, his speech that he dropped from the race.
