Skating away from a spot and randomly eat shit. Blah, the pain isn't the annoying part, it's just so stiff I can't enjoy cooking/baking or type without feeling all frustrated.  :(

Fuck man, I'm so sorry. =( You might want to check your states laws regarding retroactive coverage. I had a similar issue but can't recall if Chase Brexton subsidized my bills or if it was retroactive health care. Hang in there buddy, stay strong!

Some low life asshole in the next city over stabbed (14 times), robbed & left  a 65 year old lady for dead in a park. it got me really fucking pissed because my mom is near that age and can't imagine someone doing that to a defenseless lady who was just feeding ducks.

I thought the township took it because it was loose or some shit then i found out some fucking dude took it off to use it for his own personal box. I fucking hate where i live

Still skating and everything else but because i got concussion(s) this year, when get slamed around alot (surfing) I feel hollow headed and a woozy.  I was thinking of a helmet for skating and biking that was inflatable and looked like a clear beach ball.  With zodiac material. That would'nt be heavy and would actually work compared to current helmets which you can still get ko'd wearing.  Its obvious it would look fucked but for people that have had a couple to many it might be a good option so they can stay active.

Gotta start looking for a new place pretty soon. Can't land a full time gig. Haven't been able to skate before the weather turned to shit because of all the time spent looking for a job and working a part time gig i landed temporarily, Snow storm this weekend will probably crush my skate dreams for atleast another week or two..

Alcohol decreases the recovery (from the surgery) pace so the normal procedure would be benzos, but what do I know? Good luck, buddy!

Went to 3 different shops to see if I can find the all white matchcourt mid in all white or another all white shoe but I could find them and they didn't have my size. Went this morning to the active by my house and couldn't find any show that's decent so I just caved and got a pair of the figgy shoe which is not in my size. Had to get them a half size up.

Some kook came to my local park when I wasn't there and proceeded to wax the living shit out of the best area in the park until there was literally an inch tall of fucking wax across the entire rail on the quarter pipe. It looked like someone took the icing off a gigantic cake and flash-freezed it onto the rail. He must have used up an entire big ass block of wax to do it. The sight disgusted me and pissed me off but also made me laugh pretty hard at the same time. Took me and a buddy a good hour to scrape it all off with razorblades and it was still insanely slippery. It perma-waxed my trucks for a good week.

According to the other locals they said he completely sucked, proceeded to barely even touch the rail, and only did kick turns on the quarter for about ten minutes and then left. Hopefully he got into a car wreck on his way home...

A buddy and I were skating in Pioneer square in downtown Portland and the park security came over to talk to us, as they do, and after telling us that we couldn't skate there anymore we learned that a bunch of younger kids had gone around threatening people and even smacking a flower vendor with a board...

I've got eczema or some shit on my face, specifically under my eyebrows. When i wake up the skin under my right eyebrow is very flaky like dandruff. Somehow this has caused me to lose some eyebrow hairs over time and now its looking weird.

(Starts rant) fuck i hate the skate scene of Porto city (portugal). Those fuckers have like a elite thing going on that piss me of. They overlook you all the time and act like they are so much better than you. Porto doesnt have a skatepark, but now kate skateshop (main shop at the city) got a place, a warehouse and they built some ramps in it. This place was suposed to be the skatepark we wanted but the city council didnt gave permition to open it to public. Till here its fine, but the elite gets a free pass and skates there all the time, they even get the little rich kids from "kate skate school" to skate there, but we, that arent the "elite" cant skate there. "we cant let you skate there, we dont have permission. If you get hurt its our fault" they say. Ha ha ha. Ok, but you and your friends can skate there, hipocrisy at his finnest. The owner of kate was always a cool guy to me but sometimes i think if its sincere or if he is like that just because he got a business running. Manny of those fuckers smile at you in the street but they dont even accept your request on facebook (i know i'm not cool enough). I'm used to a united skate scene, in my little town everyone was close to each other, even when we were so different we helped each other.

I have like 2 skater friends in porto, and 1 barelly skates anymore.. Last year we got 2 more guys in the high school that also skate, we thought they could join us but oh did we were wrong. They got their wanna be hipster skate thing going on and they act like they are so much better than you. At first i thought they were just shy but no, they are so up in their asses they go to the same skate spot than you and just straight up ignore you. You pass by them in the high school and its a miracle if they compliment you. And the thing that makes me really mad was when this one of them that skates great one up you all the time. Its not the first time i'm at a spot trying something and he goes and does it like first try or with some trick out of it. "hey, look at me, i'm better than you". He also never accepted me as a follower on instagram but is all nice and great to the "elite ones". Fuck this fuckhead. The other kid is like bipolar, he's kinda nice when he's alone but when he is with his elite friend he transforms into a diva too. Jesus, cant people be humble these days!? (Ends rant)

Just got notified by my work that I wont be getting paid this week. Last week I only got paid $140 and I made that stretch. In this paycheck I was owed 60+ hours so I pretty much worked for free for 3 weeks. Not sure how I'll pay for school and books now.

i never even heard of it until then. They gave me ativan at night too to help sleep but they were bringing me beers with breakfast and everything. I asked the nurse about it and she says u get so many wet brain muthafuckas constantly falling and hurting themselves they give them whiskey and everything

I never even knew that was a thing until I was picking up a patient at a hospital. Sitting right there on a cart was a bud light can with a prescription label on it.

You and the D00D have turned this thread into a horrible head-on-collision between a short bus full of regular kids and a van full of paraplegics.
