The landing is approximately 2 m longer than what you see here, then there is a 1,5 m wall with bushes on top. Its ridiculous. The landing and the run-up is sketchy as hell.

^^^Care to explain your setup? I really wish I knew how to do flash shooting.

Of cource - My setup is:

Kamera: Nikon D50 (because of its special shutter), Nikon D2H and a Nikon D700
Lenses: 10,5 mm ultra fisheye, 18-55 standard, 50 mm and a 70-200
Flashes: Nikon sb600, Nikon sb800 and some random fill-in flash
For off-camera flash I have some sort of wannabe pocket wizards, but in a cheap, plastic, duct-tape, Korean kinda way. Bought them on ebay for almost nothing. They work really well, but looks a little messed up.

If you want to shoot with off-camera flashes its actually kinda simple, if you have any flashes? There is lots of ways to do this, but I would recommend some sort of Radio Triggers (pocket wizards is great if you got the money for them). You then have one transmitter in the hotshoe on your camera (or connected to the kamera with a small cable), and the same amount of recievers as the amount of flashes you want to light up your subject. You then choose the same channel on the transmitter and the reciever, and it would fire when you shoot. Then its all about placing the flashes in reasonable places, which can be a bit of a bitch if you don't want them included in the photo. I failed in the crooks picture, and I had one of the flashes visible, but sometimes its just hard to work around.

I hope that kinda answered your question? If not, ask again and I will try to explain what you want to know (if I can of course). English is not my main language, so sorry about the typos and gramma, it ended up being quite a post i wrote there.

No...that was perfect man. I didn't even notice the flash in the crook photo. It still looks good and even if you wanted to, you can photoshop it out. Thanks for the info. Need to save up some money and start buying some gear.

Haha yeah poor timing on my part, today was the first time I've brought the camera skating and it happened to be the day we were checking out a new park. I'm sure I'll get some street stuff tomorrow.

Awesome photo that needs some touching up.  I can see some, admittedly distracting, dust spots.

It's Kodak TMax 400 shot with a Yashica Mat 124G. It's definitely not a stupid question because I find myself always seeing some awesome photos, wondering what they shot it on and then seeing "Hipstamatic" or "Instagram" attached to it.

just got back from a festival so i got a few shots, only bought my little snappy can though so it was kinda hard to get nice shots, changing the exposure level and shutter speed blah blah blah was all really long and hidden in menus which made it kinda hard especially when pissed but i think some came out okay.

Havnt been in this thread for a couple weeks and its really nice to see some new quality stuff, the horse photo is fucking amazing, i couldnt even imagine trying to get that kinda angle on what looks like such an angry beast  :o

The rich neighbourhoods in London are fucking ridiculous. Carwatching in itself is entertainment.
