Fuck that shit. My dog had bone inflammation. He had a fourteen-day medication. About half way through, I picked up some chick from a bar, who stole the rest of the bottle. I had to pay for another doctor's visit ($50) to get a prescription for a refill.

Maybe Conan's dog can't get an erection because he doesn't find Conan attractive anymore.

why don't you just set up a feeder for squirrels to keep them away like any normal person would do? want to shoot a dog for peeing on a tree? smh, hopefully the owner knocks your head off

bread and circuses and all that but I'm pretty stoked on (American) football season starting. I love the start of fall and watching NFL through the winter months. makes me feel comfy. I would do fantasy football but I probably shouldn't devote any more time to football.

Seeing a Takeshi Kitano double feature tomorrow night with some friends. It'll be like 4 hours of movie, for $9.

Also, the theatre doesn't have a concession stand, so it's fine to bring in a backpack full of food, candy, alcohol, and g-pens.

New MacBook Pro.

New internship working for a nonprofit, helping people clear their criminal records.

Just kind of stoked on life at the moment. I'm sure it will all come crashing down in no time.

First off, congrats Paladin. Sounds like an interesting and beneficial internship.
My vague goal is to use this frigging Anthro degree to hopefully do something that is beneficial to prisoners or prison culture in some way.
I just don't know how to get from here to there. Prob should fine more internships, only one I've ever done was a social media one for Merck

So the movies turned out to be pretty good. I didn't enjoy them as much as I hoped I would though.

BUT, during this period of about 5 minutes of total darkness in the theater, before the film came on, I'm 90% sure I heard my friends (who are dating, and were sitting right next to me) doing mutual handjob/fingering maneuvers. At least one of them was getting some action for sure, but it really sounded like they were both going at each other.

I'm not even shocked, disgusted, or appalled really, I just think it's cool/funny two of my best friends are such freaks.

Yea, it ain't real fighting. But the theatrics and promo cutting that are a part of it can be really good to watch sometimes:

Paladin, that is dope; you are doing the good work.

Eric's most requested song as of late:

Also, a couple of month's ago I won Shark Tits' lottery. While the winnings afforded Eric and I dinner out, some healthy snacks, and a Karmann Ghia, I was more stoked on the fact that the gift opened my eyes up to a new level of selfless giving that I did not know existed previously.

Even with an Exam and a case study due today I woke up with positive vibes. It's rare for me but, trying to return that positive energy back so I hope you all have a great day!

Haven't been in this thread in a while. I'm stoked a lot of pals are doing good. I just transferred closer to home for work and after a couple days at my new location I was promoted to assistant meat manager. I'm super psyched, my regionals have been saying good things about me and even other store managers who were at our grand opening were asking about me telling my regionals they need new meat managers. I try not to tell too much of my family about stuff like this cause I don't like to sound like I'm bragging and don't want to jinx something like this. I've worked really hard to get to where I'm at and I want to keep moving up the ladder. But I feel ok telling you guys here cause you are like the family who's opinions I don't give a shit about. Jkjkjkjk haha. i probably value your opinions more because I think of you as my peers.  I haven't been offered my new pay yet but I'm hoping to touch $20 an hour. But something close to it would be nice. Considering I was making like 13.50 in January I'm super grateful for where I am now. I'll end my ramble now but will try to lurk this thread more instead of getting sucked into popular page memes on instagram late at night. Peace homies.

Yesterday was the first time I ate all three meals of the day in like 4 months. Felt great so I'm gonna start trying to do that again

I've started doing this again as well, also trying to eat stuff like apples and bananas instead of cheap snacks whenever I get hungry between meals. I feel so much better already.
