After this semester i will have completed all my engineering courses which only leaves these two easy ass electives for me to take next fall. Finally will be able to skate regularly again, hyped!

We have no skateshop around here, just this local sports store and they carry abit of skate shit.

I stopped in today to see what they had for decks outta curiousity.

They manager walks over with a deck he cant sell because the company went under

Hands me a deck and its a brian anderson 3d deck hahahahha

Free of charge, fuck yeah!

i've got one of Rusty's old shirts, one of the original zero jawns w/ the star under it. more 'billy corgan' than chris cole, stoked on that and i ordered a new exhaust and some carb jets and a kickstand from SF and tracking the box, it's in manchester, nh tonight. prolly get it sometime tomorrow then fashion a gasket outta something and try to throw it on my Tomos 2005 moped and have that old girl going 40plus w/ her little skate rack on the back. just ran outta gas w/ her for the first time and filled up for $1.90, premium.
i'm depressed lately but in the next wk i should have my bees, 6 blueberry plants, 2 40mph mopeds [one of them reliable] and hopefully a few more skate days under my belt. i'm working on getting off methadone too because i don't like going to group/talking to a clinician. hopefully i'm ready and don't just return to dope but i'll be fucked if i'm gonna sit around and talk about gay junkie shit every wk or have my medicine w/held.

Spent the day in San Francisco with a homie who's been getting back into skating, had a couple beers, bombed some mellow hills and skated around golden gate park and had those marble ledges on Waller to ourselves for about half an hour.

I was in the local shop the other day, had no intention of really buying much just stopped by to shoot the shit and look around. I ended up buying the Anti-Hero Israel video (it has Destination Unknown on it as an Easter egg, bonus stoke!) and as I was about to leave I started talking to the guy working about smaller brands and how it's nice to see them on the rise. He mentioned his buddy here just recently started a little brand of his own and is hoping it takes off. He happened to have one of the boards on the wall, it was an 8.5 so I figured why not support something local and told him I'd take it. He was super excited and asked if he could have a picture of me with the board to send to his friend. The guy was genuinely excited to have someone pick one of their boards, he told me he rode for them and it was all in super small batches. Felt nice to give my money to a local company. Now here I am, patting myself on the back.

(The brand is Biohazard Skateboards based in London, Ontario if anyone is interested)

My 6-month long couch surf wave might be coming to an end here pretty soon. So incredibly excited to finally have some privacy and a room to myself.

I worked there for three years and never heard of them doing that, you sure it's not just for the Baby Depot department?

You could get yourself some pretty sweet duds for 25 bucks there.

I guess it was part of settlement they gave to California customers who used credit/debit cards there in 2015. I remember filling out a form to receive it awhile ago and it just got here this week, I've found some quality stuff there so I'm stoked to go look around.

i've gotten hefeweizen beers out of a dumpster in carnation, wa. oscar wilde from the book dumpster in laramie, wy. me and my best friend usedta get an almost full pack of marlboro mediums most mornings at a conoco in laramie too. beer in a florida dumpster that i gave to bums [sober]. i'm sure i've had other unique finds besides the obvious food and occasional clothes. for a while me and my buddy would get our cigs then hit up grocery dumpster for fish, have a neighbor cook it and feed bartenders in exchange for free PBR all night. miss that kid [RIP] and the dumpsters of yesteryear.

Do you work at an actual gold mine? Does it pay well? It'd be funny if it didn't.

Every Wednesday lately at my local bar we've been doing skate video Wednesdays. Yesterday right as we finished up watching Thrashin' and I've got a stack probably 6 or 7 skate videos in front of me getting ready to pick what to watch next, Mic-e Reyes walks in and sits down next to me and says "that looks like a pretty good haul you've got there". I tell him how we've been doing skate video days and offer to let him pick the next one. He picked Heroine Live from Antarctica. We drank some beers and talked skating for a while. It was cool.
Because you can't kill and idea, and we will not be ruled!

the visuals are also mad visual yo
