I went to physical therapy for the first time in my life for my knee today, which is about 6 years in the making.
The PT was super nice, helpful, and knowledgable. I told her I wanted to be able to skate without the nagging pain or fear of further damaging my knee, and she was able to help pinpoint what exactly has been causing pain and mobility issues, and even in the first couple minutes of training I could feel she was actively addressing the issues. Really stoked to get more help and (hopefully) be able to skate longer and more effectively this summer.
