Ultra Endurance legend Lael Wilcox is racing around the world for the 2nd time. Check out the tracking website below. I biked with her for awhile in the 2016 Trans Am Race across America.https://www.wahoofitness.com/lael-wilcox-world-record-attempt

I biked 600 miles 40,000 feet of climbing last week in 3 days. It was brutal with the heat. The only physical issues I had were sunburn on lips and hand issues. I should of put on aero bars to rest the hands.

Went to the trail near the crib yesterday, drank a few beers, and smoked one, took pics of my bluelug haul to share

This is the grocery bag pannier, perfect size for me not too big super secure

The Nalgene cage

Got rid of the ergo grips and got these dope ass ODI samurai grips

And the kangaroo safety vest, definitely need to be seen more on these Texas roads

Here is the stem bag and 4 pack holder I got from whitebark gear as well, super quality stuff from a lady in Vermont, she makes hip bags and custom frame bags too

Gonna ride the 13 miles to House Park today for the New Balance demo and signing, prolly the longest ride I’ve done by myself, it’s only an hour and some change, from my place but I wanna accomplish it, wanna do it again for the swift campout next month

Dude my ride was great, got to the signing in time to get Reynolds to sign my copy of union wheels right to skate, met up with some friends I haven’t seen in a bit, stayed for the demo, trahan and westgate killed it, Jake Hayes did a massive tre on the pyramid, rode back to my place around 7 or so, got the trail around 9 so I wasn’t on any busy roads, got home and drank a jar of pickle juice and ate a big ass bowl of fried rice, 24 miles total, really felt accomplished, now I just gotta do it again and be able to skate at the halfway point lol

Long bike missions are so fun. Sick. I recommend the air chair from REI or the air stool for the ability to post up anywhere. Having a super lightweight chair to have a break anywhere is nice. Any super light and compact folding chair is good to include with long bike rides.

Hell yeah. I recently got a chair and used it last week for the first time. Also it was my first group bike camping trip. I’m a solo guy all the way but I convinced myself to try a group trip. Anyway the chair. I was living it up at the campfire. Maybe I’ll be a campfire guy now too?

Digging the pics of the blue lug haul btw

That is a really nice chair, and the landscape is beautiful, i have never done a overnight trip but I’m going to plan to do the swift overnight one since it’s the same weekend as go skate day, gonna ride to my local camp there and skate the next day, gonna do it guerrilla style, hope fully it works out, it will most likely be solo but oh well
