After a shit load of saving...

The wheels are not as soft as I imagined. I was hoping they'd be a bit more stealthy but the bit of hardness means powerslides are still possible.
I got some ojs and theyre so fun and so smooth but I really wish I was able to powerslide. In hindsight I think I should have got these
Put on a helmet and some pads and start doing some real shit.

I have those wheels, always knew what my set-up was when getting it out of my friends car, cause mine was the only one that would bounce when you drop in on the ground, I had them on my street board.

Haha, yeah the bounce is awesome. ( And it gives you more pop!!! trust me!!! )

What size feet do you guys have? Most of these cruisers seem so small, I have size 11 feet and I couldn't imagine skating a board smaller than 8

Get a Zip Zagger. They're 8.6.

Size nine (UK) - board is an eight but it's a bit wider in the centre for uber-cool-cruise-stance.

Now that I have a big cruiser I kind of want to get a Zip Zinger Nano as well. Put some 54mm 80's on it. Or some of these:

In the foreground: 8.5" with Indy 159s and 58mm AWS wheels. So fun—just keeps rolling now matter how you land on it, and I can kickflip it too. The other one is my "trick board": 7.625" with 52mm blanks.

I've been rocking the giant Satoris for the last couple o' years. Not sure of the size/duro, but they are blue, soft as hell, and I do bounce when I land an ollie. It's fucking crazy.

I had a set of these humongous green Vision Blurr wheels (any of you older dudes know what I'm talking about?) these things are probably older than I am, but they're so soffffft. I'd throw them on my board if I could find the other three (probably scattered around my house).

Anybody know of a cruiser with a 15-17" wheelbase made by a legit company? I'm trying to hook the sister up with something cool that isn't a longboard

My regular Zip Zinger has a wheelbase of about 19in. So maybe a Zip Zinger Nano or even a Nano Junior?

Rain and boredom gave me the desire to set up a cruiser today:

Steve caballero powell reissue
Thunder 147 highs
Old bones stf's
Random bearings

All I need now are some big, soft wheels and I'm set.

by the looks of things in the bottom right photo, you're going to get really bad wheelbite when you turn.

I found a broken board with some trucks on the bike path once day, so now I just need some griptape to complete my Grosso cruiser.
