Smallest ledges in Barcelona? Want to try nollis crooks. Obviously curbs won't do but normal ledges not great because I'm old.

The tight homie wants to go there in Feb. I'm leaning more towards a southern USA trip due to Spain having winter. Who's right? Can I leave my phone/bag on the ledge everywhere or are the gypsy gangs that prolific? I've heard differing accounts. Do all Barcelona skaters want Americans to go home or just certain spots?
