I thought the tongue straps would be a good addition but hey.
I like most of their designs so far and while I'm not getting an EE reissue anytime soon I thought I'd look at Hours if the prices were decent.

Bummed on hours only cause they don’t make my size (7.5) 7’s were way too tight and 8’s way too big . Maybe I’ll get lucky and the dilo will somehow fit my foot like if they run weird. Also it may just be me but his first sample is kinda my favorite.

The Dilo Signature shoe looks spectacular. I'm honestly surprised it took someone this long to put a Half Cab Upper onto what looks like a good cupsole. Also, putting a Dunk outsole on the shoe, with added herringbone tread patterns in the spaces where the Dunk tread pattern could use more grip, is brilliant. I like the way Dilo thinks (and skates), and I'm stoked that Bryan Herman helped him bring this shoe to life. I'm not hurting for shoes at the moment, nor will I be hurting for shoes anytime soon, but I'd definitely make room for that one.

Amen! Honestly Accels are mostly revered because they stayed simple and had some basic board feel and weren't ankle roll city with stupid air bags that didn't flex, but they weren't optimal either. The mid 90's had probably the best overall designs from a modern perspective but by the time DC was blowing up around 1998 or so their shoes were pretty terrible to skate.

I started skating in Accels then like every kid rode the chunk bandwagon and I remember specifically buying some off white Accels from Sub Skates in Vegas and going straight to a skatepark and being blown away at how much better they skated out of the box. I think this is why iPath is also revered and why a lot of us rode Half Cabs during this period even tho they weren't trending.

As stated above by other pal, I'm too inclined to buy all black cws because they normally look fire. But sometimes it's nice to have contrasting colors to spot layers and details.

The NB#933 actually looks super nice. Finally a shoe that looks like an actual new balance "lifestyle" trainer rather than a sorry attempt somewhere in between. Really waiting to see good colorways with a more matching color scheme between the sole and the upper.

I can see the BA reference but I'm more inclined to the same era Westgate G6 shoe. That was an absolute beast when it came out and I've kinda been wondering why new balance has not done anything like it with Westgate. It would fit perfectly.
