I get a good laugh every time I see this referenced because y'all are so hung up on your own misunderstanding/trolling that I never even bothered mentioning I actually managed a Lakai warehouse. It became more fun to roll with it and watch you all make asses of yourselves without knowing it. My old roomie used to religiously rock the black/gum Manchester cups waaaaay back, years before I ever worked for Lakai. I was never confused about that shoe. Slap Pals just can't read very well.

I saw all 4 color ways in the vans catalog. Was gonna snap a pic but the shop owner is really tight with the vans rep so he woulda been bummed

That Vans Berle shoe goes to show that even if you hangout with the coolest people, wear the coolest clothes and do the coolest tricks that doesn't mean you have style or originality..

I like that Vans tries to expand from their classics but don't they remember how it went back in the day? Vans has never been about tech it's about classic silhouettes and cheap production..

They supposedly are. I posted a picture of him wearing them a couple of months back. They using a lot more mesh, but it looks like the design is same otherwise.
