Looks nice. Pleasantly surprised lavender isn't the first colorway.
High top true cupsole?
its a newer vulc, supposedly less harsh environmentally. to me it looks like its trying to be a wrapped cupsole like a few brands tried doing a few years ago.

Glad they got rid of the big N on the side cause this is the closest they've gotten to a shoe I'd wear (wish it was cupsole tho). Sadly they felt like shit when I tried on the black ones, but all NB# shoes feel like shit to me so I think they're just not made for flat footed people.

Interesting to see a vans vulc without the classic waffle design, and weird that they are going after something like lakai's VLK.

Looks like the non-slip "waffle" sole they put on the shoes they made for kitchen workers.

110 usd for that hunk of shit is insane. the fact that all the adv adidas originals cost so much more for no added durability is laughable.

I'm surprised they're not charging more for those. Also, the up charge is partially because Diego's name is on it. Pro royalties factored into te cost
I'd be willing to wager a team edition of this Forum '84 Mid ADV would be $100 or $105, which is closer to the non skate price, if I remember correctly.

I mean, good for Diego, hopefully he gets some nice cash of off these, but damn, they look like garbage. 12 year olds wear shoes like this.

Would have been really easy to just make this white leather with a gum outsole and black stripes, and have it be an interesting and exciting shoe release. They chose to go Galaxy Brain and make a stupid looking shoe for toddlers instead.

I kind of like this colorway. Maybe I'm just a sucker for a transparent toothpaste outsole though.

The outer perimeter of the tread looks like the outside tread on the bottom of the AVE shoe to me.

On that VLK note, wasn't that kinda a "Wafflecup" construction? So is this Lizzie like a lighter wafflecup shoe?
