Appreciate all the transparency Tim brings with the Emerica side of things. Takes what alot of us said seriously and the company is delivering on what has been discussed multiple times within this thread. These things take time for fruition and it's awesome that the guys over at Emerica took the initiative and are bringing in even more diverse shoes.

Not sure if you've seen it before, but I've mentioned a few times on here that we're releasing a 1:1 MJ1 for this next Skate Shop Day. Following that, we will be releasing special drops of the OG color ways. There will also be a more slimmed down version in the line for those who want a little less puff.

I hope this isn't limited.  I'll definitely stock up on this one.  Thanks for all of the info @emericatm.  I'm pretty stoked to check out all of the new cup models.

Since it is a special Skate Shop Day product, it is "limited" similar to how the SSD Koston 1 reissue was last year. What I mean is that it will only be available at core skate shops that bought it in so won't be available on our site. However, those future drops of the OG1 will be available both at shops and our website.

I prefer the nylon, its more comfortable when the shoe flexes, no hot spots on the top of the foot. I just toss some super glue gel on the side right before a hole starts to form.

How is the sizing on fastbreaks? I'm a 12 in most shoes but I am curently wearing an 11 in the cons chuck Taylors. Are fastrebaks usually a half size down?

Fastbreaks are a TTS model from Converse. They can be a bit narrow in the midfoot area/inner arch part of the shoe, so some may go 0.5 up but almost everyone I see goes TTS in these.

Nylon isn’t ideal but I just throw a little gorilla glue on my Ollie area and they hold up really well.

Yea, I did that on the pair i had. I just had to keep doing it which was annoying. Seems like an obvious oversight.

I’ve been a fan of the fastbreaks, and love Sage (even his music) but I feel like that colorway is a miss.

Comparatively, read some hate about Hours on here, but feeling some of that line up, more than that cons colorway. Not a great comparison, especially if previous colorway a get brought up, but honestly, my guilty pleasure right now are a couple of the Hour line ups.

Would probably get some of the newer LRABS (to test out new insoles).

P.S. new Tiagos got my eyes but don’t think my usual fits can fit them shoes

I just hope the simple colors stick around. The chive green, the navy blue, the tan. Black and white are a given but the simple ones look so good. Hell, I wish the Reynolds colorway was a mainstay.

It’s funny to me that Vans is taking one of the only sku’s they have that is selling and running it into the ground.
I see what they’re going for but these are probably much more expensive and most skaters just want black or white ones.
