They used the same quality of suede as their skateboarding line, but the shoes are just skate-inspired chillers. Like you said, the sole pattern is a giveaway.

I thought about getting a pair, but I passed out. By the time I woke up, the discounts were thankfully deactivated.

It’s actually synthetic suede, and yeah these are in the adidas “lifestyle” line, not intended as skate shoes.

to their credit, i think it's a better move to be really up front that they are purple like in the og marketing photos and have people react like yourself (and myself ftr) than there be a possibility that someone thinks they are black and gets big mad about it online

Seems odd he didn’t. Plus that nollie flip and whatever other clip was in that post . I’m guessing he either has a part Monday morning or adidas just leans into his do a couple super fucked tricks for instagram a year to keep people talking. He so damn odd with footage though, miles was already soty for 3 months before they even dropped Tyshawns soty trip.

I think that was an excuse/cover for something.  Not sure what issue could have taken nearly a year to resolve.

Gonna try and snag those Di'Orr Greenwood Dunks on SNKRS next week. Hoping that they'll be an easy cop since they're high decons. I love the story behind them and think they look nice.

Really wish those weren't decon highs, I like skating in the colorful loud highs, my Fro Skates were amazing. If Nike really is limiting dunk high drops they got to at least keep it OG shape for my ankle's sake.
