Wow….just straight ass, maybe an authentic or whatever that one is called with somewhat less padding would have been a better choice, something about the panel is off l, the tip down view looks decent, but I think I’d rather a pair of LRs if I was gonna go down this route

I think those dime eras look pretty good actually. They look like some generic brand shoes from the 80s you'd find in a thrift store - which is a quality I like.

I, for one, am totally happy with how shoe designers seem to be just typing "shoe" into an AI generator and running with it. No, but a Curren model in that exact color way with the foxing stripes would be sick.

What was the sizing consensus on the Twouie's?  TTS ... I haven't skated Cons in a minute but remember having to size down quite a bit back in the day and I may need to grab that new brown pair when I get some money

A nice rule of thumb for Cons:

Vulcs on a Chuck Taylor last - HALF SIZE DOWN (usually)
Cups - TTS (maybe half up if you have wider feet)

LL2: mostly TTS from all I've seen/heard. If you've had Fastbreak or AS-1 already, I'd probably get the size closest to whatever you liked for those.

Fallen catalog transported me to 2007 in the worst possible way. Some of the shoe designs are inoffensive, colourways are more misses than hits, and I guess Chris Cole is still on the team, so the whole operation can go straight to the garbage. No idea who would buy this stuff other than a non-skater who doesn't know what the brand is and just went to the Zumiez clearance pile and grabbed whatever was cheap in their size. White/gum Patriots would be alright if they didn't have the Fallen logo on the side (because they'd basically be KCK's).

Man,the dern shoe for me is the weakest. I agree with that whole catalog is inoffensive, but its mostly old shoe designs anyway. The midtop is cool, but honestly, any brand drops that Jordan silhouette and I'd give it a double-take.

A previous post seemed to allude to him still being on, and I googled 'Chris Cole Fallen' and the first result led me to their web store, which is still selling at least one shoe with his name on it. It was the Canadian web store, though - maybe Fallen Canada (if there is such a thing) missed a memo.
