I’m literally wearing the Sunset colorway of this shoe right now. It is the Li Ning Ellington. Best shoe in my opinion.

I Bought mine in the US, I have the Bruce Lee and the Sunset colorways. I think I got them online through Black sheep or KCDC. I’m considering getting more pairs next time I go to Shanghai on a Container Ship for work, which might be in the next month or two.

Jerry skates a variety of shoes like a regular person. You’d think he’d be more picky being one of the more technical pros of his era.

Jerry is one of those people who is so talented that their skill seemingly allows them to transcend being picky (vs. forcing them to be picky).

Hes also one of those dudes that are the proof that skate shoes are a gimmick.

As a sketchers hater, I think those Kelvin’s look really nice. I don’t know if I could get myself to purchase them honestly. But if they were like, $20 for whatever reason, I’d maybe give them a try (and still be embarrassed wearing them, which is silly. They’re shoes). But yeah, they look like a shoe I’d actually enjoy skating in.

This isn’t bad. I feel like an all suede version look even better. I wonder if sketchers got anyone else on the program other than Kelvin who looks good on paper l, but not really buzzing in the streets.

I would skate any new sketchers, but there’s so many other brands I’d rather put money in.

It’s not a bad design at all and it’s good to have a price point option.   Also, won’t be immediately offensive in footage the way Cariumas were

Wouldn't buy or wear those but they sure do comfy. That's the sockliner nike should be using for the AF1 SB. Those are the sockliners Nike used to use for the AF1.

I think Globe is doing a really good job… these don’t even feel like they’re being marketed as reissues - just a proper Rodney Mullen pro model. And then you have the shoes Austyn skates.

He’s a decently popular rapper these days so either way  I get why they’d give him a colorway. That said- he’ll yeah they’re so fucking confusing it’s pretty incredible they’ve been running a whole program for nearly 20
Years pretty much solely on Chuck Taylor variants. Wish they’d invest in some proper team models or just anything new again- pro models don’t count, shit I’d settle for just consistency with the shoes they do still make.
