the actual 3-d is organzied by "cities." So is the 2-d.

the bonus features include a van wastell part, a clark/cromer/crocker shared part, and a manderson part.

this video will make you want to skate more than anything!
I actually did hit another skater in the face with my shoe once at a demo doing a shoes fly off kickflip but he was cool with it.

The Krook3D video was a blend of fun and sick skating.
There were quiet a few cameos in there like Kenny Anderson, Dill, Koston, Muska, Carroll, etc.

The 2d part was more of "behind the scenes" filming for the 3D part. At the same time they added some new clips to keep it fresh.

The 3D part for me worked out really well.
I would recommend watching the 3D part before the 2D because its like having front row seats to the skating.
Great video, and definitely reminisced  the fun aspect in skateboarding as with any other krooked video.

I only saw the 3D section last night.
If you were not a fan of gnar gnar or gnaughty (don't enjoy fun skateboarding) i suggest staying away from this video.
i enjoyed it and wanted to go skate afterwards. Fun watch!

3d doesn't really work with the sunglasses, still looks like 2d when there on.
Maybe its because to get 3d effects. you need to have objects in the foreground and some objects in the background come in and out, not skating fisheye where its flat.
The 2d video is solid though.

and the van part is good.
dude was proper on the board.

yeah, the only "real" 3-d part was when that kid in the opening credits shoves a baseball bat towards the lens, and some of the titles/animation sequences. Other that that, the rest of vid is pretty much in 2-d and slightly blurry.

you'll either get the jones to skate or have a headache

And Gonz takes his kooky abstract approach to skating to a whole new level.  There are clips of him pushing mongo, pushing mongo off of a curb, and skating so primitively that when he 5050s a curb you feel like he got tech. Fun to watch regardless

This was a hard video to find - shops got it later than they were supposed to. I managed to snag mine on Thursday and watched it a bunch of times over the weeked. These are the things that stand out in my mind:

The 3D version wasn't as annoying as I thought it would be. It's good for a watch or two. I thought it was funny.

The 2D version is the one I watched a bunch. I don't think it's a "making of" at all, but rather, the same video shot from different angles and different cuts.

The segments broken up by city are sick. Reminded me of everything from Animal Chin to a Fourstar video. The whole crew, cruisin' and catching wreck.

Manderson's footage at a certain company's TF was mindblowing and totally unexpected.

Koston's "greedy" line cracked me up.

This is the first video that I know of where someone switch frontside flips a homeless person. In a line, no less.

I was glad the video didn't have that lame Marc Johnson/Habitat music. It's like Dan Drehobl got drunk and picked the songs.

It definitely made me want to skate.

That sounds like it could be pretty funny.

And also the Van farewell part is perfect, respectfull and free of bullshit.

It reminded me yet again why I cant ever stop skateboarding.

Eh, it's kinda mellow music, but cool mellow music. I think one band does almost all of it.

I guess what I meant was, it's almost like Drehobl or someone got drunk one night and decided that this was the greatest band ever. They aren't, but they went with it anyway. That's just my take on it... see for yourself.

I agree with Kilgore, a couple of my buddies and I watched the 2d edit and within the first 2 minutes we were all saying it was already better than Origin. The video makes you wanna skate sooo bad, which is the best kind of skate video.
