this topic feels awkward to me. more awkward than the guy that standing in the kitchen by himself right now for no reason. creepy dude with no social skills. I'm starting to think of this guy as a rapist. Oh well my door locks.

Are they that good of friends? Why would Heath care so much about hooking Berra up with board sponsors? Would Tony/Birdhouse really have dropped Berra if Heath left without him?

[close]

I don't think so because there was some interview (forgot which one) where he was asked if he was good friends with berra due to their whole same board sponsor situation, and he straight up said no not really.
[close]

THANK YOU! I always wanted a solid answer why Heath left the House.

What's it like being teammates with Berra for so long. You guys have been on Foundation and Birdhouse together. How do you guys push each other/influence each other?

Heath: This will be the third board company that we have rode for at the same time. We are good friends but not the greatest of friends, but their seems to be this silent loyalty between us that has been there since the early Foundation years.

I yanked it from archive.org last Nov.

Haha that part about his hatred for SLAP is hilarious. He talks about how dumb it is and how most things on the forums are wrong, but yet he cares so much and pays a lot of attention to what people say about him on here. It's the internet, outrageous things will be said, nothing you read should shock or appall you. If you don't like it, turn your head the other way, it's just a message board.

you're arguing that a minute and a half SHARED part makes him good? i liked his back lip that he does in koston's part in Yeah Right, but that doesn't make him "good" in my book. just my opinion.

Yeah, I don't know what the posting of that video was in response to.  To the other guy who still saying he wasn't good, you must be an idiot.  He's had other video parts before that.  Watch them and educate yourself.  I'm not telling you to suck his dick, he surely does that to himself enough.  I'm just saying recognize game.
Before you say the music sucked, have you considered shutting the fuck up?

good point, but I don't think they depend that much on him (compared to bam)
all the dylan vibe must have changed the board sales

yeah actually, over the weekend some kid strolled into the park mall-grabbing a bam board with some old-ass bam pro trucks. for a second i thought i had time-travelled back to highschool

Berrra was one of my first favorite pros. His part in The End knocked my face off, and I saw it years after the video was realised, in fact it still holds a pretty good standard today. Alex Olson can only hope to be on Berras level someday. The problem lies within his psycho personality. Every entry in early issues of The skateboard mag about/by him show the dudes selfobsession and nutty stuff he does. "The ultimate" is a perfect example where he follows lakai teammembers in Barcelona to a near criminal degree, Im sure people have got restraining orders for less. Add his new influence thanks to The Berrics and you get the picture, scary..

And the random quote of the day goes to....

Well look what we have here boys! How about this; take Alex dick out of your mouth and show me a better part with your boyfriend. Watch Berras "The End" part (from 98) and tell me that what you think. Does Alex have a better style or selection of tricks or is his approach to skating "timeless" like many for some reason want to imagine? Oooh he ollied a table.... Fuck, sometimes I think Childoftheghetto is right about SLAPs zombielike brainless "This dude is sick" mentality. I would die a happy man if Cotg got a spot on Girl instead of Olson.
