They definitely aren't making a profit, they're just trying to clear their warehouse most likely. A lot of coompanies have been carrying a lot of post-Covid inventory that's been sitting. Eventually you just need to rip the band aid off, take a loss and move on. I'm more surprised they waited until february to do it instead of clearing it off the 2023 books...
