heated wheel d2c is weird. I ordered that $30 sportsman, they were out, they reached out and offered to send me a $70 board in the same shape instead. Then I order the $45 logo board and theyre out, and offer me a graphic from the latest drop instead. Ostensibly they were just granting me what I paid for (a hw board in the size I ordered) and the only difference is the graphic and I was more than happy to accept both but that's never happened to me before. I dont order d2c that often

I ordered a full price deck direct from HW earlier this year and it took them a week or two to ship it out, but when it arrived there was an apology note inside with some other free stuff (wheels, shirt, stickers).

Last week there was a banner at the top of their page saying no new orders were being accepted until after Labor Day. I don't think this is a CA-specific thing, I think they're just not shipping anywhere right now.
