That was actually a really good game last night I wouldn't say the refs were trying to give the game to Houston some of the fouls commited by the Lakers were just straight up sloppy basketball. Both teams were pretty out of sorts not to mention Houston goes to the foul line more than any other.
Houston are pretenders Dwight Howard makes every game a free throw circus

I know we're only a week in but the only contenders I'm seeing so far are the 2 teams that were there last year and Idiana

Some good ol bottom feeder hoops tonight my Raps going up against John Wall and the ever dysfunctional Wizards I don't really know what to make of this season we're 2 games under 500 but somehow 4th in the East mainly because of how god awful the Atlantic division is. I want Toronto to tank at this point this draft is going to be pretty insane landing  hometown boy Wiggins would be amazing.

KCJHoop: Rose on crutches

NickFriedell: Rose looked to be in considerable pain. Not putting weight on the knee on his way to the shower. Teammates very concerned.

Good source tells me #Bulls fear it's a torn right ACL for Derrick Rose. If so, unlikely he will ever be the same.
(take that with a grain of salt local sources in Chicago thought Rose's first knee injury was a sprain, and that LeBron was going to choose the Bulls in free agency)

K.C. Johnson ‏@KCJHoop 48s
Per sources, Derrick Rose tore his right meniscus and will need surgery.

K.C. Johnson ‏@KCJHoop 1m
DRose will undergo surgery in the near future. Until that is completed, it?s known if he will miss season or not.

Chicago Bulls ‏@chicagobulls 25s
Rose is out indefinitely & will not accompany the team on the rest of its current road trip

Description of when Westrbook tore his:

yeah I had a feeling it was his meniscus. I had moderate tears in both my knees before so I'd imagine with proper rehab he should be back in a couple months, depending on how severe his is. Hate to see him go down again tho. Hopefully this pushes Chicago to make some kind of move for another go-to scorer which they desperately need right now. As big as a Bulls fan I am I know there's no way they can make it out of the east with just rose. They've got a good supporting cast but as a team their offense is just not up there with all the other title contenders. anyways, here's to hoping D-Rose gets back to MVP form by the end of the season

Marc Stein ‏@ESPNSteinLine 28m
Official word from Bulls is that DRose is out "indefinitely" but vibe is they're indeed bracing for prospect he misses rest of '13-14 season

it might be superstitious but there is no way in hell i will ever buy Rose's shoe now. I hope he gets better fast, definitely one of my favorite players.
Look I'm not selling anything that doesn't have my jizz on it. I don't care how much is offered.

If he comes back and that's a huge if do you really think they would want to compete? This Chicago team is championship or bust. Sawing what you had last year it's clear that cannot contend with their leading scorer out. What's the point of trading for a Jamal Crawford when you have to deal with the pacers and heat in your conference. Time to start tanking.

Spurs just won 10 straight games without a single player scoring more than 24 points in a game.

Sad times, out for season.

Was this the same surgery that World Peace got last year? He played like 10 days later.

Probably not, i am trippin'.

I guess the Warriors can only do good for the first 3 quarters.

Serious question though...What the fuck is up with those baby shirts?  They look wild effeminate tho.  Looks like they're wearing sports bra's underneath or some shit and they're so tight they probably restrict shoulder movement for like,  making shots and shit.
