BING BONG Celtics choked away another 3rd quarter lead, this time 14 and Mister Clutch heated up in the 3rd and 4th quarters, Celtics were feeling themselves in the beginning I’m not going to lie I thought it was looking like it would get out of hand again.

2025 playoffs have definitely shown us that you can’t count anyone out and basically no lead is safe, everyone is going to go on a run and I’m glad the Knicks made it happen and got the split at home.

Please let them close out Wednesday night I would hate for Boston to creep back into this, also hope Tatum isn’t serious , like I hope it’s not a torn Achilles or something gnarly like that but I won’t be mad if he sits out Wednesday.

Great time to be a Knicks fan, what a series. Not such a great time to be a Dubs fan, but so it goes.

mavs owner (69%) are Vegas magnates (zionist and donated 100 mill to MAGA ) traded Luka to displease the fanbase, plummet sales, so they could move to vegas which I could imagine is not in NBA's best interest for some reason/ they would want to keep mavs in Dallas for obvious reason hence Flagg going to dallas

Specifically Sheldon Adelson’s daughter.   Shelly was the guy every GOP Prez candidate would come kiss his ring in Vegas.   If I were a Mavs fan when that sale happened, I don’t think I could continue being one

You don’t want to see anyone get injured, but as a Celtics hater, I’m glad it’s not an excuse their fans can use to justify a potential series loss the way Dubs fans can rue Curry’s injury

Without Steph, GSW just can't keep up with the TWolves.

OKC vs MN would be a 7 game series
You all getting spoon fed a comfortable place.

Gotta agree with all the sports media talking heads… how can you not root for the Knicks even if you hate NY teams?! So tough, hungry, & resilient. Jalen Brunson won me over last year. Love to see a Wolves/Knicks Final

As an old head and Knick fan I am rooting for a Knicks and Pacers ECF, it would be perfect, just like the mid 90s Reggie Miller days and the Knicks are at full strength no injuries like last year when they lost to the Pacers in the semis and even then it was a 7 game series.

Sucks about Tatum but the C’s are deep and they’re not going to go out quietly at home in game 5 but here’s hoping it’s a wrap.
They would have to beat NY three straight times to win the series and even with healthy Tatum that would be a very tall order.

What do you think, was it just the injuries or something more?

Tough loss for the Nugs, but you got to hand it to OKC. Great shotmaking down the stretch. I'm afraid that series is a wrap.

Man that was a crazy game, pretty typical for the 2025 playoffs so far, can’t count anyone out no matter the lead and how much time left.

I’d really like to see Denver get the win at home and force a game 7, this series really deserves to go the full max.

Those injuries early in the series might've been the axe... but Pacers are low key elite. A bit surprised this didn't go the distant. But Everyone's got the green light. All their starters had double digits...

Boston potentially being outed, tough to say who can win all at. Nothing would shock me.

Actually think bos could potentially be more dangerous now if they are playing with poise aka for tatum now. At least for one or two games. They are deep.

Okc wolves could become interesting, not sure how they match up against each other.

Sorry for the cavs fans, that was too early to go fishin, especially after that regular season.

Can’t believe the Knicks were dead even at halftime in Boston then down by 15 at the end of the third, that was the most absolutely putrid quarter of the playoffs so far and the Celtics whipped their ass with no Jayson Tatum.

It’s not like the Knicks shot poorly from three, but when your opponent cans 22 threes and you “only” make 10, you’re almost certainly guaranteed to lose.

Derrick fucking White.
Also Luke fucking Kornet?

I already said it but if the Knicks don’t close out in MSG on Friday night they are absolutely fucked, on the other hand if Boston beats them three times in a row with no Tatum, they deserve it more than the Knicks.

Yes wolves! Randle has been amazing in these playoffs.

Hope the knicks can get one more to advance. This smells like a 3-1 upset

Silver told Nico that if he trades Luka to his beloved Lakers then he'd be rewarded with Cooper. total bullshit and they're not even trying to hide it.

nervous about game 6 in Denver. I think it's gonna be OKC in 7. Wolves lookin real solid. Knicks in 6. Knicks v Pacers is a real old school matchup i like it. Wolves v OKC would be spicy with Ant and SGA having some competitive flare-ups in the past. Hoops baby!!!

I love haywire conspiracy theories like this. Please tell me how Silver made Kyrie tear his ACL and what he did to give half of the remaining roster significant injuries as well. Since "they're not even trying to hide it" there must be clear signs of what went down, I'm very curious to see them. Not a Mavs fan at all btw, so please don't tell me how I can't see things clearly because of my fandom.

What I am is a a Knicks fan who's disgusted, but not suprised that his team just didn't show up for the second half last night. Pathetic effort from both the players and the coaching staff. As I stated before, I wouldn't be surpised at all if they still gave the series away.

I feel like OKC is gonna end that series tonight, something clicked for them in game 5.

Happy for the Wolves. It's nice to see Randle play so well.

Really hope the Knicks can pull it off but I agree theres a real chance they might bungle it.

Nuggets comeback not impossible but not likely either.

It's true. (NBA) life is/has been pretty good. Would love to close it out tonight in Denver but I feel another Jokic masterclass incoming. Winning game 5 while he went insane was definitely a good sign, though. Shai also finally made some big shots and good decisions down the stretch. This series has been the weirdest thing because I'd love for Russ to play well + move on with the potential of a ring. But, this is OKC's best shot for their first chip, especially now that Tatum's out. The Cavs and C's were my only fear out the east. Wolves matchup well against us with their bigs and athletic wings. If we were to move on, I see it going 7.
