Nugs managed to get rid of MPJ, picked up cam Johnson and Bruce brown returns

The West is gonna be crazy next year. OKC keeping pretty much the same squad, Rockets with Durant, both LA teams, Spurs pickin up steam, even the Mavs could make noise with Flagg.

The East on the other hand will be pretty weak. Only teams that may improve are the Magic, Pistons and surprisingly the Hawks.

HUGE bummer for the Pacers, really surprised they couldn't keep him around. Also sad that this could be pretty much the end of Dame. Good to see the Bucks being proactive but waiving Dame is gonna be a $22.6M cap hit for the next 4 years....

Also somehow the Nugs traded Saric to the Kings for Valanciunas. Very happy he won't be eating cap on the bench anymore and they got someone to actually get minutes so Jokic ain't playin 45 mins a game.

Cool to see how much is going on rn. And also interesting/crazy how the cba prevents teams from keeping their role players (kornet, naw, etc).

Largely agree with you but any lakers fan that considers their team to be competing next year is delusional. That team is hella toast atm. Lebron opting in made them as flexible as tyshawns knees when landing tricks

Apparently they just wouldn’t pay him competitively.

Takes Bucks out of the Ayton chase.

Ayton is the worst kind of center to pair with Luka imo. Average defender at best and the opposite of a rim runner. He just wants to shoot 15 footers. What's Luka gonna do with that?

Fair enough / I just have beer goggles on any big man that the lakers could conceivably acquire

Capela would've been a good fit imo... lob threat, ok defender. Anything outside the post, useless tho lol

Not big on him signing here, but i get it. More depth at the 5. Adams won't have to play back 2 backs etc. Indy and OKC showed how crucial depth is.

Certainly better than having Jaxson Hayes, and probably better than having no center at all.

And losing all those assets for Mark Williams.

I like LeBron, but he’s at that fucking obnoxious point where we were with Kobe.   How the fuck you want us to build a championship team with your ass commanding over 50m a season.   As least LeBron is in good shape unlike Kobe whose legs were fucked in those last three years, but don’t be putting the onus on the team to build a title contender when your contract is the big challenge, not to mention saying this shit publicly has been revealed to scare away FAs

Sure.  It was just strange it never seemed like they even considered Malone and the rumor mill was all over the place to even suggesting they would bring in the first female HC.    I think Mike Brown could work out well

I hope so too. If he's a smidge more flexible / open to new ideas than Thibs that might actually be enough to get this team over the hump in the East next year with all the injuries on the other top contenders.

Nuggets looking good.

Totally. Probably one of the biggest winners of the offseason thus far. Crazy to see what happens when the front office and the head coach don't actively undermine each other! (which btw is why I think Malone wasn't considered for the Knicks job, @Atiba Applebum ).

Not sure who you have in mind but the Clippers ain't me my man

Damn, sorry.  (I’d publicly deny it too, though)

No worries. I think you might have me confused with @DaleSr (who has been quiet for while, what's up Dale?)

I'm still here, I'm still suffering. Go Clippers. Sad to see Norm go but John Collins on the Clippers has been a dream of mine for years now, can't wait to see him bounce and catch lobs from Harden

He gets 70 million next season, between Milwaukee and Portland, likely for not playing at all, and gets to go home. What's not to like?

Anyone watched eurobasket? Pretty good stuff all around, some dud teams but also some really good ones. Serbia and France got eliminated pretty early which came as a surprise. Germany eliminated a crazy good playing doncic and slovenia, Sengun and Turkiye went crazy and almost won the final. Germany most well-rounded team and it showed towards the end of the final. Schröder with the jordan-esque jumper was def a highlight.

Where do you watch the euro?

Everytime I read your handle, tag, idk? Everytime I read your Internet website name it makes me think you're the hockey version of the red panda but you only perform between periods for the nj devils.

That's not what i was aiming at with the username but i enjoy hearing what your brain does with it. I have similar associations with pals' names.

Euro is over unfortunately. You can re-watch highlights on youtube obviously.
