I wouldn’t say orange label is necessarily simple
Color ways at all, but the materials look like orange label materials. Most of the recent orange labels have had pretty premium nubuck leather and these look like they have that same leather. Also a lot of recent orange labels have had gum sole. This all speculation of course

The VX dunks were orange label, so were the Doraemon dunks. It’s a shame orange label is kind of a scam though. They say it’s for skate shops only but then barely any shops ever get them it feels like
