Yeah. I remember seeing a last year or so of the best selling Nike shoes and they were mostly running style and lifestyle shoes. No SB or Janoksi on that list.

I've seen the order books and they're actually not making a janoski for the next two years so you're very right on this.

Might be close for a single model. That's still a pretty high bar, the Jordan 1 came out in 1985 and is still in their line currently. The Janoski came out in 2009 and sold very well. I think it just surprised Nike that this skateboarding shoe was hitting those numbers. I don't think they expected much out of the skateboarding division and it was hitting radars of higher ups that it was doing well. That's why they've kept it around for so long, think of the other pro models that have come and gone since the Janoski. PRods/Omar/Koston/Project BA (if you want to count those)/ more recently Shane and Nyjah. You can sort of count Grant but his is just a blazer. Nike has never really been a brand to give a ton of signature deals.

US shops getting the white/navy orange labels at different times. Some already have them. Nobody has their raffle info ready yet. Within a week or two probably.

I feel like ishod deserves better. Kinda looks like an indoor soccer shoe. Not completely writing them off yet but I don’t see them selling too well or being considered a classic ever

It the dunk silhouette on top of a different sole. I could see them being my main shoe, I hate the puffy tongue on SB dunks. Normal dunks and AJ1 lows look alot better imo.
