Been bouncing back and forth between the new spit 97 55mm radials and 52mm stf V2s lockins...and yeah, it's easier to roll onto shit with the radials and lock in with the well, lockins...
So I shifted over to the 101a lockins I have and they do really work, I could lock crooks much longer than the radials...but I was missing that 97a formula...soo that Powell sale that was just happening (shirt and wheels out the door for $40):

Band angle but spit 53mm lockin on the left / 54mm V4 nano rat - they're essentially identical in shape, but with the V4 nano rat being a bit rounder and a hair wider (only at the top most sector/arc; lockin side is the same.

I swear the nano rat 97s feel harder than the OG 97 dragons I have (54mm V5) and have a brighter white look to them; they even seem less bouncy when doing a drop test and sound chirpier on slides and I did not experience the krook squeal with the nanos.
Powell could do better listing which shape they are, unless you know the diff between a V5 and V4, as they only show cad images of the shapes.
