yup, they look great in person too. i think tate posted these a few pages back? cupsole looks similar to the 440 and the toe mesh/stitching resembling the 1010

Not the best photos for it, but you can spot some 440 mids here in presumably the first colorway

first skate verdict on the tiagos says they're awesome. took a few days to walk them in right, but they skate really well. also my feet don't feel destroyed and i think i can go skating again tomorrow.

highly recommended so far.

not bulky at all. way less so than a dunk. they look bulkier on pictures than they do on feet and feel more like an accel slim or something like that paddingwise, but with a sturdier structure. so slimmed down and thinner than the bulky tech shoes of old.

best comparison i have how they fit and feel would be emerica westgates or project bas from what i can remember, although bas were thinner for sure. or maybe a slightly thinner, more contoured and athletic and light feeling dunk could be a comparison.

That is not a good colorway.  Pink too light, gum too dark at the very least

After a couple of recommends for the 440 on this thread, I picked up some Burgundy 440s in US11.5/UK11 in the NB site sale, but they run too big, and just went to trade them for the UK 10.5 and now completely sold out. They still have the burgundy 288S in 10.5 though, any comparisons of the two? Are they similar or wildly different?

The 288S is really nice - I'd pick that over the 440 because I like the feeling of the seamless tongue and the foam midsole. Both fit the same to me.

Glad I didn't wait for the second round of colourways to get a pair. The black ones are particularly distasteful.

Man those grey ones are rad. Love that Muska throwback color. Any news on when those will be released generally?

Hah I was just coming here to point out that Muska colorway comparison.  Didn’t see it in these photos, but NB# IG account is posting some shops that have them in stock

Both colorways should be rolling out into shops now and I’m sure they can sell them right when they get them in.

Chad Muska circa colorway is very clean.

What NB shoes that have people worn that have a wider toe box? I got the 533v2 atm, they fit nicely ( run a size small ) but I've ripped them in a couple of weeks. Looking for another option soon.

I am really tempted to buy NB 440s and they are on sale right now. I m just not sure if this colorway is suede or leather. It looks like leather which would be a dealbreaker... Can anyone confirm or deny?

Thank you!

It looks like the toe cap is suede but the upper is leather.

Thanks Tate, that´s what I thought. I hope this will be enough suede for me and just ordered. I love that colorway too, can´t wait!

I can skate but dont like full leather too much, however it keeps the shape better and I like the flick on the suede more so this might be best of both worlds for me :)

I found the Foy 306 too wide, sold them on evilbay.
