I’ve only used the game changers, but I really like them. They work great with mids and highs, but not as well with lows since they’re so thick and raise your foot a bit. They do work in some lows though. I thought with 1010s and dunks they’re great, but didn’t work with janoskis. 440s and blazer mids they are totally fine.

^Best colorway out so far. I can't tell if the contrasting color is gray or dark green though

Looks green to me. Looks like it’s just white and green colors on this shoe. Nothing else.

Really like the way nb has been using popular color ways of non-skate shoes, especially with the Tiago’s. That white/green model reminds me of the aime leon dore 550s in a good way.

if they used an off white/cream midsole like the ALD 550’s that colorway would be perfect
teddy santis needs to do some numeric colorways, all his made in stuff has been fire so far

I picked up some black 1010s today as backups for when my current 440s are dusted. I’m a little bummed I paid like $10-15 over market price, but it was the first time in a while that I found them in my size in my city, so fuck it, I’m happy.
If you can't handle me at my Marc Johnson, you don't deserve me at my Bobby Puleo.

I didn’t want to derail the Super Feet thread with this question but as I was looking at the NB shaped by Super Feet insoles I noticed a “dunk-a-like” in the last frame. Not a Numeric but I was wondering if anyone knows what this shoe is so I can get a better look?

I remember there was a rumor a little while back on here that they were making a numeric version of the 480. Tiago even has clips in them.

Spencer Hamilton has skated them as well. It's a great Dunk alternative

I've not kept up to speed with NM808 chat, but if these are what's coming then I'm not digging them.

https://webcache.googleusercontent.com/search?q=cache:kcMVpUKbxskJ:https://www.boardertown.co.nz/cn/nb-numeric-808-x-tiago-lemos-nb-nm808wrb-white-navy+&cd=16&hl=en&ct=clnk&gl=uk

That's not the best colorway. I have seen them in person in other colorways and and they are a nice shoe in person. They feel really good on foot. Also look great when looking down.

I've been skating some Foy's latly. Seriously good shoe. I'm never gonne skate Nike again.
Love how the foxing tape isent that tall, so you get more of a cupsole flick, and the suede holds up ALOT better then any Nike. The only con, which is not really a con, is that my foot is rather narrow, and these are slightly wide.

I tried on the Tiago's in store aswell, the white/green. Def got some heelslip.
Those 808's look narrower, which would be nice for me :D

Haven't been keeping up with this thread. With the coming of the 808, is the 1010 getting discontinued?

1010 will still be getting made. Tiago will have 2 shoes in the catalog

They are really sick! To me it’s a better/mor cohesive design than the 1010s. I always thought the vamp looked a bit too long and I’m not a big fan of the midsole design on the 1010.
These 808s look really balanced to me silhouette wise with the shorter toebox, and I love the lil toelip that gives it a sporty look. I also dig the front lace loops, will look cool highlighted in future colorways.

My only gripe with the 808 is the section of Navy blue right by the ollie spot where the angle cuts back toward the front of the shoe. I could see that thing becoming a grip catcher dingleberry.

I could see these being popular as a “I won’t wear a kalis / DC” crowd looks for a kalis DC shoe as there is a resurgence.

This next 18-24 months we will see a serious run on this type of silhouette.

Personally I couldn’t do it but it’s already happening.
