So strange how off white is a thing when I couldn't stand it back in the days.

I think these are the best looking 480s so far. Surprised NB is keeping things really mellow since they can go ape shit on the colorways since this is their version of a dunk. And love, love, love how an old skater like Reynolds is still getting a shoe colorway and a pro shoe later.

I'm going to give my bros on here a heads up on these.  We had a big production mishap and NO PAIRS of sizes 10.5 and 11.5 were made for the USA.  They have them in Canada but none in the US.  So you would have to size down or up for these, just giving you notice when they go live on Friday and you see those sizes missing.  They didn't sell out, they never existed.  Europe is getting the Reynolds 480 but at a later date since their order went in off timeline.

roth, im curious why the reynolds 480s have internal straps keeping tongue straight, but the regular lows do not. i prefer the straps and noticed on reynolds colorway immediately.

any chance future low and high 480s will get the same treatment?

All Numeric 480s will come with the centering straps on the tongue, starts with this new Reynolds 480 and will continue on all 480s coming in the future.

For this one in the US...we are out of luck.  1 time run of these and by the time I found out...it was too late for me to do anything about so I had to just bite the bullet and roll with it.

got a pair of 440 v2s. the right shoe is 3-5mms longer than the left. ik that aint much but my right foot is slightly shorter than my left so shit’s noticeable

Nah, it’s all good, all brands shift what they consider a season. NB does 2 seasons a year, with quarterly drops.

Honestly seems like it’s much better to have it that way. More leeway to space out shoe drops instead of one single drop and over saturating the shoe wall all at once.

Anybody get the new black and gum 480 lows yet? If so how’s the fit on em? I have the brown Reynolds and they kinda fit a little big on me could’ve probably gone down a half size, was wondering if these current runs of 480s are fitting the same for others

My early feedback on the new Reynolds 480: Absolute beauts! White (or off-white) and gum soles are my favorite colorway. Construction seems top notch. However, sizing runs a little big. I wear a size 11 in the 272, 440, and 1010, and a size 11.5 in the 600 and 808. A size 10.5 in the Reynolds would've been perfect lol, but I had to settle for a slightly too big 11. I'm sure the tongue straps will help keep the tongue centered, but they don't seem to do anything for heel slippage. The insole causes some pressure on the arch of my foot. Maybe if I swap insoles, that'll address the arch problem and create a more snug fit.

I had the same arch pain issue with the stock 480 insole but I found that the 808 insole works absolutely perfect with the 480. Made the shoe feel normal on my arches

Got in on Kinetics midnight release of the Reynolds 480. Super hyped on them. From everyone’s posts seems like they fit big so I’m not to worried about them not producing the half size.

Yeah I know the Reynolds colorway issue had been mentioned it’s just a pain navigating through the thread to find specific posts. As for the new 440 I actually like that it’s shorter, really gives it the fit that I like with shoes, which is a snug fit.

@rothdigga any idea what's good with Canadian shop releases for the Reynolds 480's? Haven't seen any Canadian shops post about them, and the Canadian NB site says they go on sale on Monday, but I'd rather buy them from my local if they're coming, even if I'd have to wait a bit longer.
