The padding around the ankles seems to be the same, right? Does the 1010 or the 808 have a thicker padded ankle area? That's one thing I didn't like about the 1010, but they also don't fit quite right for me. I am looking for a bit more padding as the 600 but less than the 1010.

I'm not sure about ankle padding but they changed the interior padding at the heel. The heel padding at the back is simplified.

Speaking of 1010. We agree that the one with the metal eyelet would be let's say V1 and V2 the ones without it, only the rubber thingy.
Anybody noticed any other difference? I'm skating the brown/black ones and they already feel kinda dead and they're still pretty much new. All my other 1010 lasted me 2-3 months but these are like 2 weeks.

Those color combos are lifted from the 991/993 lines and aren't original. I really like the brown but could do without the red. The dark grey and light grey are both solid too.

Which I get. The Reynolds G6 was one of the best shoes at the time. Someone on here had like 20 pairs. But they could’ve added something to make the sole stand out better.

It really says a lot about aging when the skater that designed shoes for jumping down massive gaps and sets is designing just as protective shoes for skating ledges and manual pads haha. Aging sucks.

I would think Brown one and Dark Grey are the launch pair and the two with green are the next drop

I believe it is the brown and black/olive colorways first. Then the grey in may and the green coming out in June

If the 933 quality matches the 990 series, then that's top value.

In my area 990's rarely get on sale below 160 EUR.
