I’m super curious why they do US exclusive collabs so often. Hope these make it to ya!

Gas Giants 306C up early (edited link didn’t realize it was trying to route through IG lol)
https://shop.app/p/10182629064995?variantId=54928965337379&utm_source=shop_app&utm_medium=shop_app_share&utm_campaign=share_product&link_alias=pJlUf2Ia2KuhSi

I love the colorway and look of the shoe but not a fan of the huge gas giants logo on the tongue. I’m sure I could take it off.

Gas Giants reminds me they could have easily been called Fart Kingz but the shoe is great.

any "regular" 306C colorways coming soon? Gonna pass on the Gas.

edit: should've just looked for myself first. Both the new white and tan colorways are pretty good:

i get what your saying but feel like thats a stretch

showing consistent love to your city
instead of making it all about you
on your own pro model shoe
speaks well for the individual
is a respectable personality trait in my book

plus its a common thing
throughout all pro sport shoe models
to have a colorway and/or multiple design elements
referencing their upbringing

im not a fan of the colorway in question
but you reached
while cool-guying is a real phenomenon, studies show that 83% of all cool-guying incidents can be attributed to the cool-guyee being an awkward weirdo

Am I losing my mind or is the sizing of the 600 wildly different between colorways? I'm on my 5th pair and could only skate the 1st and last pair due to the toe box feeling so damn low.

The shoe madness that I thought was once gone is back and this is hell.

That is my exact experience too. The 600 launched, I tried them on and the madness was gone. Perfect shoe right there. Then with the next colorways, the tongue lost some of the padding which changed the fit of the shoe. Maybe the ankle area also lost a bit of the padding. I have two pairs of the 600 left, that fit me. But I don't think they will ever fit as good as the launch colorways. And I don't think anyone from NB ever said something about this topic. I still like the shoes and the company but the sizing differences throw me off.

Have three pairs of 600. I do feel like the triple black is a little more snug. The white grey leather pair was perfection.

I am skating NB 480s right now and have seen people talk about the soles being thick which I didn't get but now i get it. Something just felt off out the box but now they feel fine mostly cause my skating isn't really effected by a specific shoe. Still.....I thought the 480s would be comparable to Nike Dunks just based on the way they look but the soles are different.

I have many and haven’t noticed any significant difference.   The Poets 1010 were the only NB I’ve had where I felt a significant (half size) discrepancy from the same model.    I guess I should be happy I have skeleton key feet

So far the only 2 that fit were the White/Blue with the tan mesh area (23'/24'?) and this Navy/Gum pair that I picked up last year. In between I've had to sell 3 pair off that felt super tight. I'd like to go back to the 508, but I love the styling of the 600. Buying shoes has become pure hell.

I was thinking this, it feels like almost a v2 upgrade because it's the same with the Krookeds. They have a thicker tongue with centering straps, a slightly sturdier heel and a bit more padding around the ankle. I skated my triple blacks for the first time at the weekend and they felt quite different to my first two pairs, but in a good way I think.

Besides the difference in the tongue and heel, does the toe box seem lower to you? I'm hesitant to order another pair and take another L selling them shortly after.

The toe box and sole in general feel the same to me, there's just a little more structure to the upper

These will be $95 from skate shops and NB when they drop in a few days. Not sure why, maybe something to do with them being on complex as well, but if you wanna save a few bucks.

Gas Giants 306C ‘coming soon’

[close]
The amount of homie help from Florida in the industry is astounding.
Jamie Foy must be really hooking everyone up, pretty sick.
That being said, all the 306C colorways have been booty except the all blacks, which is borderline line cook vibes.

I’m the opposite. The all black colorway has been my least favorite of the bunch, and I dig the rest of them.

Revised my post because originally I said I didn’t love the silver on the gas giants colorway, but having seen them in person, they’re pretty sick.

Really wish I could skate 600s but the point where the outsole is split digs into the side of my foot weird on both pairs I've tried. The funny green ones are too sick
