Just got done playing for a couple hours, it's already a pretty incredible game. The depth and detail they put in every little thing, while somehow avoiding being tedious about it, is fucking amazing. I spent half my time just wandering around, shooting at shit, robbing people and staring at the landscape.

It rained all day where I am so I haven’t stopped playing this since 10 this morning lol. I haven’t played a game that long since gta V came out. Rockstar has done it again. Amazing game.

I’m excited. I can’t afford it yet, but I’ll just be a cowboy for a month once I get my life together and get 60 bucks.

Take a peek in the back window of the drugstore in Valentine. You'll see a "secret operation". Then go around front and force the owner to open the back room. Kill everyone and open the weapon chest on the table to get the Schofield Revolver for free.

At the Horseshoe overlook camp, go down towards the river and ride along the riverbank for a short bit and you'll come across a small little burnt out town. Go into the old Sheriff office and search under the counter, there is a lockbox with a gold bar worth $500.00 in it. You can sell it to your fence if you've unlocked him at that point.

This game is overwhelming in a mostly good way. I wish I had just an entire day to mess around and figure everything out, because I feel like I've barely scratched the surface.

^^ this! spent too much money on games the last couple months so will have to skip until it goes on sale :(
Let me preface this post with the fact that I am slightly inebriated, very uneducated and I havent read any papers or done any research at all, or read your post really.

Didn't know you can blow a man's head right off if you headshot with the shotgun.  It's messed up.

In first person you should equip a shotgun, tackle them, and blow their head off. It's like right there.

I did this by chance, not expecting it and when it happened I literally said "Oh my God" out loud.
This game is so violent, it's insane. I love it.

So I accidentally stumbled upon a money glitch, once you get the horse fence, I sold a horse at $50, dude walked it off screen and once I could move my guy again the horse was alone walking off behind me, mounted it and tried to sell again and it did the same thing

I’m a big fan of the updated hunting aspect of this game, I spent half a day yesterday hunting squirrels just to make a hat. Gonna spend tonight finding a cougar to make a vest

I've been heavily distracted by hunting. I'm probably 1/3 into chapter 6 but I'm doing this instead.

I just started chapter 6. Are you able to go back to Guarma? Or is it like North Yankton in GTA V where you can only go for certain missions

As far as I know you can't go back which sucks because there are 2 birds there that aren't in the main map
