Mine? Only the Street Baller is especially short at 30.8". It's double drilled, 14.125" or 14.75" wb.

Other shapes are 32-33" long and all have 14.38" wb

The 35th ave popsicle has a 15" wb, and I love it. If you want a big popsicle with short wb, look at the current Heroin lineup.

Let us know if you end up selling the eggs!

I put some extra wide 56 mm bones 99s on my wide black label board, had been sitting around. Made it more fun in the streetz.

Just restocked on the mutant boards. Now I have 4 more that I can skate.
I hope they are going to release the same shape in a different Graphic / Colorway. I don't mind the graphic, but the light green can get a bit too much after the third one you have skated.

But still next to the Black Label Lance Mountain Board and the Fixer Pig Tank my favourite shape

I drilled the front trucks 1/2" back on the tactics deck to give me more nose and a better wheelbase for my height.

Don't drink and operate powertools. I messed up one of the holes. Oops.

How you liking it? Ace 66 or 55?

I kind of wish I got that deck over the Gonz board, it was $20 cheaper, and the 14.75" wb suits me better.

Ace 66. There is very slight protrusion on the back trucks. If I didn't drill, the front trucks would have been sticking out, too.

It might be the funnest thing in my quiver. Brings me back to original New Deal days.

Funny you say that, all the obstacles I skate at my local indoor skatepark are stained with these lime green marks

Polar 1992 is 9.25 with a 14.25 wb and squared kicks. Heroin's latest drop had 9 and 9.25 popsicles with 14.25 wb. Currently skating the Scram Erb/Bean shape (name is dif depending on the site?), 8.75 with 14.5 wb and squarish kicks.

I see what you mean. Closest thing I can think of shape wise is the Heroin Behemoth, but that's 9.6. If you wanna go really square then there's that new barnyard from streetplant, but that's 9.5 with a 14 wb so I assume it's out of the picture. Sorry I can't help more, good luck hunting

There are so many options, some big 9+s are 15 inch or so wheelbase, but more of the modern market brands are bringing back shorter wheelbases nowdays 14.25 to 14.5 I think.  Some of the boards I have in the big shaped variety average more like 14.75 but they are older.
I talk too much about skateboards.  Sorry.

It's a shame Krooked do dogshit shaped boards, always pumping out these weird long thin fish things, with their best shape (Beamer) which is a rip off.

The Gonz & Roses boards are always pretty good though.  Wish he'd do the Woman & Man again on a good shape though

I haven’t liked a lot of the Krooked shapes I’ve seen but that Zip Zogger is pretty excellent

So the consensus, as far as Indy is concerned, is that Mutant is best with 215, and Very Big Egg best with 169s? Adding to the quiver, especially in winter, is the last thing I need. Please talk me out of spending money.

I’ve tried both on both, and I like both on both. When going 169s, I put wide wheels on to make up for any magic carpet action.

For anyone looking..

Garage Skate Shop has a 10” egg available online.

KCDC shop has Street Ballers available online.

Calsk8 has Mutants available online

And 35th Ave has 215s still available for a great price online

Think ace 55 and Indy 169 are the biggest trucks I’ll go. I want to be able to Ollie and rotate if needed.. only street skating. Ace 66 maaaaybe but 10” 215’s seem way diff geometry/wheelbite situations.

Got the 9.25” heroin call of the wild coming. 169ti might be the ticket for that or even 55’s

215s also feel different than my other Indys. They turn and feel more like an Ace 66, versus a scaled up 169. idk if it’s the Stage IX hangar design or what.

I haven’t tried 55s. I want to, now that I’ve figured out my 66s and enjoy them.

According to the Indy book, 215s haven't been redesigned since stage 4 so it makes sense they'd similar in design to Ace 66s
them cats are out getting mashed up to jungle, he's out mashing up jungle cats. it's just not gonna work.

Whoops, I meant to put stage IV, not “IX”. My roman numeral game is off today.

They carve hard. They get a little more wheelbite too, like I’ve experienced with my 66s. But it’s worth it for that carve.

When I measure mine, I get 54mm tall. Some websites say 55mm like other Indy standards, and some websites say 53.5mm.

It's sold out, but the Garage page made me realize the Very Big Egg Gold is 15wb, too long for me. I hope the Very Big/Bigger Egg is readily available in the future (10" with 14.3wb I believe.)

Haha good snipe. I was gonna say I figured it was a Pal because it wasn't sold out yet on the inventory page but only when you clicked on it. Now I know that it's 14.375 I want it again and envy you.

I'm skating the same gonz shape 9.81 with venture 6.1, 9.125 is too big of a truck in back for sure.
I had thunder 161's on it before and wasn't too fond of it, feels way more nimble with 6.1 Ventures.
Plus it looks like a gonz blind era setup with the front truck sitting in.

I just put 151 lights on the Gonz and it looks and feels much better. More stable axle to axle wb and the narrower truck feels right.

Wish I had some 6.1s, but these 151s aren’t so bad. I thought I couldnt loosen them anymore, but the end of the kingpin can sit in the nut a little more than I thought. Now they actually turn!
