If you don’t like it try it on 10 inch trucks, it was way better like that for me

Well, I did it. Running 1/4" risers under the trucks actually provided a great feeling and sounding ollie when I pop this gigantic thing. Turning feels stage 4 100%, insanely good. But somehow I basically lost slappies and having so much hanger is making some stuff really weird and challenging and at times I wanted to just give up on this thing. Going to skate all day today and try getting used to it more.

Rad setup. The first couple sessions it’ll feel like you’re swimming in trucks. Stick with it, it’ll feel better after a few sessions.

Scram deck with a nice fish swallow tail
Ace 66 classics
Spitfire kader radial full’s 60mm
1/4 riser pads

Great score on that one. Also backing what @Anxiety said about 215s on that one.

The last two sessions I've had have been the best ever. I think now I'm addicted to 215's ;D

Sorry probably jumping in when not needed, but this one with a black out paint job.

I am curious what you did on it though - very shiny and smooth looking for sure!

Gone since 1988.  I talk too much about skateboards.  Sorry.

Original Curb Killer signed by Ira and the Fosman that used to be a wallhanger. Haven't skated a round tail for quite some time, but it's a nice change of pace. It feels very nimble compared to the Heroin Mutant I was skating before this, although the tail is a bit on the small side. The new symmetrical ones seem to have specs more to my liking, so I ordered one of those if I ever feel the need for a round tail again.

I'm in between you guys. I think it looks super cool, but as a big nose enjoyer in both life and skateboarding, I know it would drive me crazy within 10 minutes of riding around.

So,I don’t have one but rode one at the park. Surprised at how fun and easy it was to skate. Looks like a skim board but skates waaay smaller. Fun for the novelty factor.

while cool-guying is a real phenomenon, studies show that 83% of all cool-guying incidents can be attributed to the cool-guyee being an awkward weirdo

X-Post

Krooked 9.02 x 32.2 x 14.34
Thunder 161
Spitfire 93a radial 56mm
Reds
Pepper

Was curious about the “anchor” shape, looks nice and full, albeit a bit shorter than my preference, should be fun. Just gotta wait for the rain to stop. Wish it had wheel wells.

Coming off bones x99 (v5) for the last 3 months, keen to get back in some spits, the x99 are a great wheel, but seemed to get gummier the older they got, didn’t age as well as spitfire 99a which seem to get better with age imo. X99 for sure feel softer too.

Wouldn’t have picked him to have such the slapproved curb setup

Can we hear a bit about those Axes please? They look very Indyesque.

I got curious a few years back when I was looking for Six Tracks with metal baseplates but couldn't find any info on Tracker's newest trucks.

Yeah for sure

If you were to ask me this in front of anyone they’d roll their eyes

I’m obsessed with tracker axis right now, bought 3 sets in 2 months to replace multiple setups

Stable, turn better than Indy’s with tracker superball bushings, hollow kingpin, made in USA and grind loud

Just try them, you’ll see

New 9" with shorter wheelbase sounds really good.

Compared to the other new shapes, the 8.25 and 8.5 short, which are too short for me, this shape would be really good for a bigger board that has more reasonable dimensions, not too long but also not too short either, so I am pretty keen to hear and see more about it.

All in due time though.

Gone since 1988.  I talk too much about skateboards.  Sorry.

Is that 9" shape available through the skate sample site? I'd really like something around those dimensions.

Not yet, I was told they haven’t been making too many yet. Concave and kicks are nice and mellow.
