Looks like it is the updated generator 9 popsicle.
One of the flattest boards I've skated in a while.
The 9.125 shorty is probably generator too.

Really enjoyed the ones I rode. I'd hoped the ChicoStix/ Chocolate collabo would include one of these but nope...

i think small boards are harder to skate. sure they pop high, but its like doing everything on a balance beam. no way i will ever go down again. i have an old 8.1 at my workplace. and its the most frustrating thing in the world not being able to do anthing besides and ollie on that.

that tv board is pretty much it, even the graphic is pretty cool, but i’m out of ccs’s reach i’m afraid

bummer. anyone more knowledgable have a plug on who makes that shape? i dont love giving my money to ccs if it could go to someone else for the same board and i plan on skating this shape a lot
Fairly certain it’s the Skate Samples GS5. L,W and WB match. Nose and tail are really close.

Can anyone speak on the new Winkowski shape vs the old one? It looks the same aside from the little bumps that sit over the rear truck… is that the only difference? Same nose?

Really hard to tell in photos and pretty much the same dimensions too. I’m specifically eyeing off the 10.35 Jaguar but have skated the original 10.34 in the past.

Been on the 8.6 club for a long time but thinking about getting a bigger football or egg shape as I come back from an ACL reconstruction.

I've got my classic ace 55's I've had for a century and I feel are perfectly worn in. Looking at the Eagle Huffer anti hero board or a heroin egg, any advice? I love fuller round tails, but I also appreciate the longer WB on these boards, being a taller dude.

Am I right in thinking that my 55's will fit on most heroin egg boards and the 9.1 eagle huffer?

I rode 55s on my 9.25 egg and a huffer and it was fine. I could see my wheels very slightly but I preferred it that way. I was also skating really wide wheels so might work perfect depending on wheel choice.

Sweet. Yeah I always ride wider wheels and I have always preferred a bit of poke as opposed to feeling like they're too small. Keen!

pretty sure heroin eggs got a pointier tail and definitly a smaller wheelbase. sounds like a huffer is the board for you.

Yeah I'm thinking so too. Pre-ACL going bye-bye I was really OCD about having a short snappy board and keeping it close to 14" WB, but since trying to get back on the board post-surgery I'm really feeling it. I remember ages ago I had a DMODW shovel shape board with a fairly pointy nose that I actually really liked. All I remember is that it was a Hirotton graphic. No idea if they still make that shape but I'm pretty keen to give an egg/football shape a go anyway.

Huffer not Heroin, I say. Classic 55s work great. A little Hod rod but only if you wide big square wheels. Choose Life.

Yeah, second on the Huffer, which has a great tail and longer wheelbase.  Heroin boards have shorter wheelbases and smaller tails, more often than not.  Also those Ace trucks fit just right too.

Gone since 1988.  I talk too much about skateboards.  Sorry.

Thank you guys heaps for the help. I went down to my local and they didn't have any huffer shapes atm (Australia is always lagging hard), but they did have a 10" curb killer. I actually really liked it from the top down when I stood on it, but I get the impression that's still a larger egg.

Having previously been skating a traffic board with a 14" WB pre injury (and currently rehabilitating on it), the egg felt nice.

My classic 55's fell a bit short on it (like 0.25" on each side), which threw me off just grabbing it then and there. Really hoping I can find somewhere that has the huffer in that I can at least see it IRL. A shop up the coast has the Cardiel Snuff reissue that also looks sick, so now I'm really torn.

Having a full-blown madness moment.

There was someone asking about new generator 9 popsicle shape, full nose and tail and 14.6 wb
we have it on the new authentic board. This graphic only.

Feel more stable and sure of what my board will do. Shop said they can order Black Label so I’m eyeing this https://www.blacklabelskates.com/product/xxx
Same dimensions as the big crutch. Shop also has Scram and the bomb drop shape really caught my eye though the graphics did not. Anybody ride Scram?

Whatever that particular shop tells you, the shop itself is lagging, as the Huffers are currently in stock in the distributor, although not a lot of them and they do usually go pretty fast.

What city or state are you in?  Maybe NSW and looking at northern coast (Newcastle) like Amigos shop or southern coast (Woollongong) as there are some around.  Easier to search with "CARDIEL" than "HUFFER" in the title though.

Example:

https://www.amigosskateshop.com.au/product/anti-hero-carnales-cardiel-deck/1506

* To be fair to all shops though, there are usually limited numbers of special boards like that, so when a shop orders one, then it sells, there are often no options to restock as they have all sold out anyway, especially as they are getting a bit more popular again.

The funny thing is I recall getting a very old Huffer out of a clearance bin at a Sydney shop way back in the late 00s and buying it but at the time thinking I hadn't seen anything like this in ages and yet now here they are getting popular and selling out more quickly than some regular shaped boards from current riders.

Ironically, I'm closest to Penrith. It was a younger dude in and not the normal guys so he probably had no idea what I was on about and went straight to "I got this BA shaped deck or an egg". Used to always go into 335 (still love them) or UPS when I'd go into Sydney, but I was scratching my head trying to remember the names of the other shops in Newy and the Gong (I only ever remember Laate for some reason).

I also just noticed your PFP - old paddo???  ;D

I looked up Kingpin but didn't see any of those boards around.  Also don't think that many of the other smaller Sydney shops have one from looking on their respective sites, but who knows.

And yes, I am Brisbane based, so Paddington was always the main park back in the 90s, but then travelled all over AU for work in the 00s and 10s, going in to almost every skate shop in any given area on my travels too, which was pretty cool.

Boardworld in Sydney might be the only one that has a couple of Huffers.

https://www.boardworld.com.au/sydney-store

There's even one on sale at AU$111.97 in the Newtown store.

* I am often a little too helpful with finding product in local shops, so never mind if it is not that much of interest.

Gone since 1988.  I talk too much about skateboards.  Sorry.

I really appreciate the help, time to go to Newtown! I am really keen to try it.

Super sick to have someone in the same timezone with a head full of knowledge - I spent a bit of time in Bris in the late 10's and I gotta say, I miss biz.

I saw that parliament have the cardiel snuff board I was also considering: https://www.parliamentskateshop.com/products/black-label-john-cardiel-snuff-reissue-silver-deck?_pos=14&_fid=d1240fbfa&_ss=c

I'm feeling conflicted because the curb killer is the only one I've been able to try under foot, and I loved the concave. The CK felt so long compared to my current board. (31.8?)

Doom Sayers Snake Skin 9”
This is still PS wood with a 14.75 wb.  Went to my local ready to choose between this and Black Label crutch with the 15wb but the crutch was gone. Came from an 8.25 and I ain’t never going back.

Almost exclusively Scram. BBS wood shapes are good wb is generally on the 14.75-15”(9”+ decks).
If it’s the bomber deck you’re looking at it’s a 15” wb. Dims for the new stuff are up here:

Thanks! So many shapes. I like that Leaf shape. Cheap as hell too. I can see why someone would stick with Scram. Going to take another look at the shop.
