I don't get what ETN is doing wrong, aside from lacking social etiquette profiting off of Shecklers injury. The thing is I'm pretty sure Sheckler is getting paid regardless of making his trick or not, and I'm quite sure this discussion wouldn't be as much of a thing if he had actually landed it.

I agree that Hall of Meat is nothing like this event, Hall of Meat just compiles random footage of anyone that bails hard, no one's pressuring you to land tricks. If you're going to make a comparison, I'd say this is pretty similar to the Bust or Bail events, with all the pros at the event, Phelper screaming at you, the crowd huddling in, I wouldn't know which environment would be more stressful to skate under. I'm going out on a limb here, but I'd think ETN would have better health coverage and on-sight professionals to care for pro's in the case a major accident occurs, there's probably insurance and the riders safety and well-being involved within Ryan's contract. Thrasher probably wouldn't give two fucks and would capitalize on anyone getting injured or bailing for a quick web-clip. Hell, the name of the event itself expects people to fuck up, I personally don't care for this ETN thing and enjoy Bust or Bail a lot more than this.
