I even hated mustard for most of my life until one day I decided to give it another chance. Then, I got super into fancy, high end mutards. I would each canned anchovies on a cracker with garlic mustard.
i didn't eat mustard up until a couple of years ago. i couldn't get past the color or the taste of it growing up and wouldn't eat anything that had the slightest trace of it.
then like 2 years ago i order a hot pastrami on a hero and told the guy no mustard but he put it on anyway and i didn't notice until i got home. i wasn't about to throw out a perfectly good sandwich and wasn't about to scrape it off when the cheese was all melted on so i ate it and OMG that shit was banging! i can't believe i was missing out for so long.
spicy mustard is the truth! yellow mustard not so much, that stuff is really terrible in comparison.
