What’s the difference in shape between an 8.25 FA and a 8.25 quasi proto ?
I don't seem to have easy access right this minute, but the FA 8.25 board I have seems to be straight through the rail, whereas the Quasi boards I have seen before always seem to have significant taper from front to back, which is fairly common in some brands / woodshops / shapes.
FA being BBS steepish and squared kicks, Quasi being PS Stix so big steep nose and smaller not so steep tail.

SIZE 8.25
LENGTH (IN): 32.125 * 31.8 when measured straight across
WHEELBASE (IN): 14.25
NOSE (IN): 6.875
TAIL (IN): 6.5
Random FA board from their site:

14.12" Wheel Base
FA boards have a shorter wheelbase, so longer kicks for almost the same overall length, with steeper kicks.
There are pics on both those links too, so it is easy enough to check those, but here are the side by side comparison pics anyway.
