Not listed as usual for that site...

If it’s the same as the last graphic they did on that size it’s like 9.25 with a 14.75 WB but I don’t know the other dims

Email Chapman, they're pretty responsive.

Also, looking through their site makes me think they have their own woodshop again.

I took out my Franky Villani football on 55s the other day, felt amazing for 30 mins til it felt too heavy. Skating after long work days sucks. Switched over to an 8.6 SC ever slick on 5.8s and it was more manageable (slated for another 45 mins or so) but just not as fun.

Technically this qualifies for three threads so here you go.
Chico Krooked guest board
Indy Forged Hollow 149s
Spitfire Conical Full 54mm
Bones Reds

nice! I’ve got one sitting in the closest that I can’t bring myself to skate. Other than the trucks, it looks like we pretty much run the same gear. The 149s work fine with it right?

Thanks!  Yeah the 149s are good.  Since it's an egg shape, the deck slims to 8.5 where the trucks are anyway so it winds up working perfectly.

Cheers, I had his 8.75 when he was on chocolate and it’s essentially the same shape with a bit more width in the middle

I’ve been feeling similar recently.
Mainly skating a 9.75 fancy lad on 66 and love it but it is very hefty and exhausting.
Took my 8.75 out for the last two days and realized that I wasn’t as out of shape as I thought. But it was just not as fun

8.5 FA with 6.1s is a real sweet spot for me right now. 6.1s give me the surfy turn I want and its manageable for any tricks I wanna try.

Nice!
And how's the tail on this? Kinda short, right? 6.25"?

Was looking for the orange stain one but ended with the green stain, really love this shape. Was debating between this Drehobl or the Heroin 9.25 razor popsicle.

9.25 Krooked Drehobl Shape with adjust wheelbase, using the 14.25 WB
169 Indys with 88a red bushings

Yes! Small tail and a big nose. I’m digging it.

I want to see more Indy 215 set ups!
I had a set yonks ago when I longboarded and now I'm pissed off I got rid of them.
What are people's reviews of them? Pro/cons?
Here is one a French backpacker rolled up with at my local
Powell Mike McGIll 10" with F4 60mm classics I think...

This is a little off topic but I'm wondering if bulkier shoes, like the kalis OG look weird with big boards?

Don't buy Kalis for skating. I got some of the re-issues and they're WAY too fucking stiff. The soles are too thick as well (even when broken in).
Great chill shoes though, if that's what you're going for.
For retro, skate shoes, I'd get some Vans Half-Cabs.

Skating cons right now so would be a big change. I'm always tempted by the look of the kalis tho but I don't think it would be good for me. Thanks for input btw.

Those both look like fun! What does the Gonz taper to over the back truck? I was thinking about getting one but I only have 55s.

Would guess it's about 8.8-9, 55's will work fine on the back, especially with wider wheels. 66's leaves nuts showing. The front might not be that stable with 55's, but it's also a matter of taste.

Running Thunder 149s on mine. How do the 6.1s fit? I’ve been tempted to size up the trucks.

6.1s feel great on it. Axles poke out a little on the back but it’s not noticeable once you’re on the board.

Figured because of the taper. I feel like getting trucks that fit the widest part of the board are the way to go. I may size up.

Yeah speaking of that I’ve been debating putting 6.1 on my Dane 1 to try it out
