these are the specs if anyone is wondering:
Thief Of Ducks 7.75" Skateboard Deck by Darkroom.
Eccentric branded graphic full of critters.
7-ply maple construction.
Moderate concave.
Moderate kick tail pitch.
7.75" wide
14" wheelbase
6.45" tail
6.675" nose
31.5" length
Produced in the USA

Seriously, the most perfect set-up I've ridden in the last decade.
This literally felt like coming home after some forced fondling with bigger boards...

Polar Hjalte 8.0 with the wheel wells
Ace 33 trucks with bones hardcore bushings, the blue soft ones
Spitfire 50mm big head wheels
Bronson bearings, whatever the cheap ones are called

I still cant ride it for a little while as I am still going through physio therapy from breaking both my arms skating a couple of months ago, but I got this fresh deck waiting for my return.

Anywhere from a week and a half to a month. Usually its a crack or the board just feels dead. I've also snapped a few decks over the last few months on the 3rd or 4th session. I've been skating way more this year and its taken its toll. I have a few soggy or cracked boards that I look forward to leaving at the  skatepark.

Great, not just me then. I felt bad for riding a BBS for 5 sessions, 3-4 hours each. It did feel floppy my the end of the 4th session which sucked. Passing it on to a homie whose Wu-Welshing it at the moment.

I'm living my middle school/high school dream right now. Switching out gear when I feel like it instead of riding shit to dust. I'll prob go back to that eventually but for now, it feels good to have freshies often. My skating is still average but it seems more consistent even if its only in my head.

I don’t want to live in a world where slap doesn’t point out set-up violations.

I sanded the graphics of one wheel with some extra grip tape last night. It seemed like a lotta work so that I could look like I don't give a fuck.

I only counted like 4 unforced errors on the set up in question. My first come back set up had at least 6 so they're doing OK.
