It's really odd and sad that every time something like this comes up in the skating world, theres a whole army of internet warriors defending the offender. Either defending them or saying shit like "oh why does this need to be public" not even just regular people but people who are involved in the industry/sponsored.

Brought this up to a guy who runs an indoor near me and his response is "oh he's such a nice guy no way I don't believe that"

Well, when this thread popped I posted the James Cole incident in a group chat with my skate friends and while most of them were shocked/disappointed, one of them just repplied with a “tl;dr” and fully ignored the whole discussion when he’s usually the one engaging in deep convos about stuff like this. I’m fully convinced that he just acted like that cause Cole is one of his favs and he prefers to ignore than have an actual stance about it, full denial. Which is really wack cause I know 100% sure he would be the first in line to rant if some new Nyjah allegations would come forward.
In shit like this you can’t pick favourites…

Can't believe I have to root for a team from Texas but here we are.  I am 100% on the god damn Mavs train now that they're playing that evil green team.
Ran into Bill Walton a few times at ASR and Agenda over the years, he was always coming to trade shows randomly.  He was truly an awesome individual.

The fact that Shammgod is on the Mavs coaching staff is enough for me.

I also love that the 3 Dallas teams not the Cowboys are up right now.

I like a lot of things about the Mavs actually, I just despise "Texas sports fans" for the most part.  But Cuban is a super solid owner, if you haven't listened to his All The Smoke episode, it's really good and he comes across as one of the best owners of all time.  I like Luka's game and Kyrie seems to really have found his gear in that system.  Kidd has always been likeable to me as a coach as well, wish the Lakers kept him when he was an assitant in the bubble for us.

@rothdigga did you miss Cuban sold his majority interests to that creepy Vegas GOP donor’s (Sheldon adelstein) daughter

Yes, but did you consider that the owner of the Timberwolves, Glen Taylor, made his fortune in the printing industry. I wonder how many Timberwolves he displayed via deforestation.

This has happened to me with every single 808 I had (like 6 pairs by now. Or doesn't bother me but it makes me curious, wtf? These ones I have only walked them in shorts and skated once for 30 min cruising with surf pants.

If you did like 100 no complys I could understand the wear at this specific spot, but just from cruising? Or if you rode a bike and came to close to the chain. It's a bit strange but I don't think it impacts the performance of the shoe.

I am honestly a bit jealous because every NB# shoe I tried didn't fit me. The narrow mid foot and the heel slips. I tried most of them in 2 sizes. 306 and 1010 COULD work, but I didn't feel like experimenting and breaking them in. Maybe some day in the future. 600 and 808 I haven't tried but I don't like the look of these models.
Yeah, no impact regarding performance whatsoever, it just bothers to not know why or how this happens

It’s one of my favorite tricks.
Lost my old account, and always thought Rusty Bearings was a good name, and for whatever reason I thought Shifty Flip had a similar ring

The Bunt has had some misses these past two seasons, but this is their biggest yet. Maybe they'll get Keelan, Baby Scumbag, and Barajas up at The Bunt Jam for some 3-on-3 basketball?

Better: Keelan, Baby Scumbag, and Barajas against Nyjah, DLoy and Chase Webb.
Lets see whos the better rapists

The Dangery Bois is an emergent life style brand inspired by the adrenaline of action sports combined with the cool modern way of spelling “boy”

USELESS WOODEN TOY BANTER / Re: Who’s buying decks at retail?
« Last post by BurgerCop on Today at 05:38:46 AM »
I pay full retail price for name brand decks at the local skater owned skate shop, I'm in a comfortable place financially and decks last me like 3 months so it's not that bad in the long run.
