Probably just extremely photoshopped, blake nyjah and nerdbergs heads look like they were added in post, maybe they just couldn't make the photo shoot so stevie dropped like 500k to have them simulated into the photo. The shirt graphics also look simulated, like one of those AI generated pop up ads advertising snarky t-shirts to boomers.
