Actually, starting from this catalog, the measurements will be from the center of the holes, from listening to feedback and something that Professor Schmitt posted about that the other day. So this next catalog (Which I just finished laying out) has the width and lengths, as well as the wheelbases listed.
Glad you've decided to listen to the feedback, this will help us all in the future.

Still looking for an 8.25 x 32 or over in an egg shape. ATM had an interesting “pointy nose” deck but I waited too long.
[close]

The cromer lil snuff is 8.38 x 31.7 with a 14.12 wb

Only thing I can think of the dome.

Also fos, that mutant egg is a beauty. Can’t wait for the next drop to see the rest.

https://orchardshop.com/collections/skateboard-decks/products/wknd-look-out-deck-8-375

Haven't seen a length or wb on it but I haven't looked that hard either. And there's always the deedz.

Orchard messed up this listing i believe.  The deck they pictured is actually the 8.875 wknd football shape.  The 8.375 shape is a more square-tail pointy-nose kinda deal.
edit: here's a photo of the 8.375 shape (yellow) and the 8.875 (pink)

Width: 9"
Length: 31.5"
Wheelbase: 14.125"

Was messing with this today (completely unrelated to this thread, but saw the mention)

7.75" x 29.9375"
14.125" wb
5.75" nose
5.5" tail

Obviously I'll see about making a bigger one, but it'll take time

Alright. After lurking for a while I pulled the trigger. Well bullied my wife into buying me an egg for Valentine’s Day.  I must say, this might be the perfect shape.

FOS - I know you lurk here every now and then but goddamn you’re brilliant. Shape is perfect and for the love of god thank you for keeping a shorter wheel base in the line 14.125/14.25 is perfect. 14.5 feels like a boat to me. Also the razor top is brilliant too. Love it.

I think I’m a believer.

Heroin “Eraseregg” 8.9X31.5 14.125 WB
The “razor top” feels so good (rounded bottom side wall and sharp top)
Indy 159 usa plates stock bushings
Indy hardware
Spit F4 Conical 53s
Swiss
Mob
[close]

How steep is the tail?

Sorry. I just saw this. I would say it’s a perfect medium. It’s not too steep but not flat.

I saw that in Cowtown yesterday. I was thinking about snagging it, but I’m not fan of the razor top

Can’t wait to try that football (symmetrical egg).

I feel like we should start making a distinction between footballs and eggs.

You really want to fill this thread with nerds getting all worked about if the widest part is close enough to the middle or not and fighting over that very relative distinction? Plus, is it actually even a football if it isn't symmetrical?

That is a can of worms best left unopened.

Cut an egg today, still need to add clear coat.

I forgot to write down the measurements, but it's something like:

9.125" x 31.5" (I'm not sure about the length. Gotta remeasure later)

14" wb

Just got this board this week, Quasi Pool Man deck.

9" x 32" with a 13.75"wb
Thunder 149ti
Slimeballs 53mm 97a
Bones Reds
Mob grip
+7/8

A little bit of carpet feeling on the front truck. 8.6" on the front truck and 8.3" on the back truck. The back truck flush nicely. Was either going for the 151s/159/55s.

I’ve tried it on 151s and 55s. 55s feel too squirrelly on that short wb imo. 151s are perfect. I’ve been running it with 56 conical fulls and 1/8 risers and don’t want to skate any other setup

Girmple Gerwer 8.75" (8.5"-ish over the trucks)
Ace 44, 3 washers inside each wheel, Indy risers
Spitfire 97a Conical Full 56mm
Reds/Jessup/Habitat 1" allen

Maiden voyage of this setup and I am very psyched. I was worried it would feel too small, but it doesn't. The nose feels substantial than on my cruiser and slappy crooks and noseslides go. The wheels are my new favorites, too.

I have been wanting to skate another egg for awhile but I was on the fence. These setup pics kept haunting me. It just looks so fun so I caved and ordered the same deck. Thanks for the egg inspo.

Fun setup, Good board. I haven't been skating it because I am in a "I don't skate shapes because they will inevitably stop making them" phase. It has been sitting in my stack, I might break it back out and skate it with some 159s.

Currently running a brand new set of AF1 44's at 8.25 they aren't quite enough and I'm trying to keep my spending more reasonable lately. I am thinking in the future of going up to wider eggs for main boards.
