Dane Burman is clearly a bit of a creep who wants to have sex with women he doesn't know from the internet, but to imply that he's a pedophile or has any sexual connotations behind saying "I also love it" is a bit disingenuous. This is a red flag at most.

Does anyone else just find dane burman's whole instagram presence super lame? It seems like he kind of marketed himself early on as this tough skinned/funny asshole, but now that his career is not that successful he just seems bitter, unable to take jokes, and loves self promo. Giving shit to everyone is funny up until the point where you're doing sponsored posts for hair regrowth brands and are unable to take a joke about it.  I guess he might still be cool to 15 year old south american stair hucking kids though.

what happened between him and forrest? i agree that he does come off as super lame though on social media. when fallen first came back he kept tagging them trying to get back on and reposting people’s comments saying “is dane burman getting back on” so he was obviously trying really hard and then he posted one of those ‘ask me a question’ things on his story a couple of weeks later and someone asked if he was getting back on fallen and he pretty much said he didn’t want to and had outgrown the company, dumping on them pretty hard literally right after pretty much begging to get back on... thought that was super lame.

EDIT: i wrote this as a knee jerk reaction and probably should have avoided the ad hominem attacks as they hurt my argument rather than further it. Its really a result of the frustration of the enforcement of ideology in a space where i (and i think others) go for freedom from regiment. skateboarding is one of the few places where i feel able to drop labels, and drop hierarchy and just be me with people who are just being them.  i am pretty consistent on this- i don't believe there is a place for ideology in activity of skateboarding. it is too pure.
