I fucking love the kids' style. I see elements of Guy, Carroll and Dill when they were his age. Best arms in the game. I put him up there with Gino, Guy, Julien, MC, and Greco, stylewise.

He's not a kid and he looks regular.

TFunk (career-wise) started out as a little shit and became someone who I'm genuinely excited to see footage from and I hope that this is only a mere offering of what we have to look forward to from him in Baker 4. I don't dislike Zach, but I'm not overly excited about any footage he releases. That said, this was still pretty sick.

I liked Zach's footage for the most part in this one, but feel the same way with the street boneless.

Street bonelesses are comically lame. I can't see one without thinking about the boneless 180 Chris Pastras does in Tincan Folklore on flat in the middle of a line. It's hysterical. Then he immediately turns around. It's not even like he needed to turn switch and thought it would add a little style. It's impressively dumb, it always makes me laugh. The line starts at 1:15 with a beautiful 360 flip



That being said, I don't really mind Zach Allen. He's not really the type skating I like to watch but he doesn't really make me mad or anything. He had some stuff in there that I liked. T-Funk rips. Lots of really impressive stuff in here. That lipslide shuv was wild. I said it before, but T-Funk just makes me uneasy cause he gives me strong Dennis the menace vibes and I was always a Calvin and Hobbes dude.

Your comment is not clear, sir or madam, as I don't think it's amply clear what you all mean by "safe hands."
Is it that you think what T-Funk is doing with his hands is contrived?
To have the sort of composure, or body awareness, or whatever to know where your hands are when you're flinging a shuvit out of a (blistering) lipslide on a handrail that empties right out into the street (and are landing the trick by the skin of your teeth)... well, good for T-Funk if he's got that composure, I think.
Do we know that he's doing this consciously?
Is style only good when it comes from the unconscious?
Were "safe hands" a thing before Dylan, et al?

Aside from the stupid lifestyle clips, and a couple cheesy-ass tricks, their footage is alright.

I get that Baker has an image to sell but it’s kind of lame/depressing when you think about their target demographic.
