Dont forget they put out Baker has a Deathwish, Bake and Destroy as well as Shake Junt videos. Most of the team has had parts in at least one of these. Half of the team has changed since Baker 3 anyway.

Why? there's nothing wrong with long lasting brands as fare as they don't become stagnant.
The most challenging aspect of it seems being able to renew the roster without losing brand's identity, and I can see some struggles in this sense, but there'e nothing bad in having estabilished board brands.

Yeah, imagine going from making 100k+ a year while living like a teenager for the first 10 years of your adult life, to realizing that for the rest of your life you're gonna make 1/10th of the money for infinity times more effort and responsibilities. Colin owns part of Plan B.

There are quite a few guys on legend status at certain places such as Sheffy on Plan B, Bam on Element, etc. I don't really have an issue with that if a guy if they are a legit legend for their brand (like Arto on Flip or Dan Drehobl for Krooked).

Being down for Baker was part of his gimmick. He also said when he left Baker for Element that there were no hard feelings despite Baker labeling him as a sellout in an ad and on their 2001 Baker Tour cover. It could have been J Strickland who labeled him a sellout though, not Reynolds.
