I went by there today during lunch. Everything was covered with paper and security was outside and it was sort of roped off. That block it's on is still fucking nuts. Even though there is a new coffee shop next door, tons of just random 6th street weirdos are there. A part of me sort of digs that they are in SF that still has that crazy environment but I feel like there is going to be a lot of crazy stories coming due to that shop. I know for sure someone is going to get robbed their eventually.

I enjoyed that a lot. Mostly, I just love SF footage, and Bill's work is a lot more palatable when it's not eighty minutes long. Random thoughts:

-Kader is my new favorite skater.
-I figured Rowan would have a lot more footage? Maybe he's saving stuff for Baker 4.
-All the GX1000 dudes really came through with some cool footage. I forgot that Manchild was a part of that group, and I thought it was kinda strange that Yonnie wasn't in there at all.
-Aiden is (still) terrible, but I love watching him skate.
-A controversial opinion, but Nak is easily the worst one of the group. (EDIT: that nosegrind was actually Tetty but my point still stands.)
-I agree that most of the NYC footage felt scattered and out of place, but goddamn, Tyshawn's switch flip over the rail was beautiful.
-For the love of god, stop filming these random women on the street.
