Anti Hero 8.35 "Dingbat" shape
149ers
55mm Formula 4 classics
Ft. the Pizza box that's been smashed up in front of my apartment for two months.

This is a big change from the 8.75 with Ace 55s I was riding after recovering from surgery.  I feel a little scared on the little board.

Awesome Pitcrew sticker. Have a gnar. Miss that place. Thankfully I still have  Vú which is a great shop.
flat spotted 3 times in 2 weeks, other than that awesome wheels

Hotel Blue 8.5
Thunder 151
Bones 100’s 53mm
Bones Reds
Some bolts
Some grip
....
New Balance 505

Got back into skateboarding after a 25+ year hiatus, I don’t understand why I quit in the first place as it is so much fun. Boards and gear are so much better now and I’m happy I didn’t go down the reissue/old school road. Can’t do shit and scared as hell of rolling my ankle, but some skills are slowly coming back to me.

Nice! How do you like the P9? I’ve been thinking about getting one myself but haven’t pulled the trigger yet. Can you compare it to anything else you’ve skated before? I’m mainly running Ace 44s and 54 mm wheels, so pretty close to what you have.

Once you’ve skated it, can you post some thoughts on it? I’d really appreciate that.  :)

I have the same deck, what do you want to know? It’s not really different from any other board... it’s wood... it flips around when I want it to... it has a 14.5” wb... it’s blue...

Just things, experiences with it. I know the dimensions. It has a short tail, which would probably go nice with Aces. I mainly like an 8.38" popsicle with 14.5" wheelbase. I guess I'd be interested in knowing if this is somehow drastically different. If there's anything different from normal popsicles to it due to the shape.

I'm flattered haha. I really miss that wknd board, I like my TKF 8.6 but the nose isn't quite as big which bums me out and hurts my crooks. Might have to go for a fourth Polar next time.

Loved that board. I should have bought a few of those, it was perfect.

Love the small wheelbase on a big board. For the past year or so I’ve been riding the Crail Powerslide shape—9.25 with a 13.875 wheelbase. It’s fun. More maneuverable and responsive than that wide of a board with a longer wheelbase. I get a wide board, which I like, and it’s not as sluggish as wide/long wheelbase boards.

The Raven shape? I was so tempted to get one for $25 during Crailtap Cyber Monday but I'm trying to commit to buying local from now on out...  Anyway, that shape looks so sick and would make a great cruiser with 55s if it didn't work as a regular board.

i skated it a little bit yesterday.  initial thoughts is that it feels really skinny.  feels like a 8.25 to me.  i liked the huge nose on the P1; the P9 is a lot narrower.  I think i'll get used to it, but I might try to find another P1 to ride after this one is done.
